I feel so light

Chapter 2

She called out weakly and then heard running and shouting

"Oh god Tess" Tessa's eyes were partly open but she knew who it was without question. It was Will. She gave a small ghost smile

"You came"

"Of course I did" he whispered

"I'm so sorry"

"Don't be sorry Tess"

"I shouldn't have went out"

"You needed fresh air" Tessa shook her head

"I couldn't sleep"

"I know" Tessa coughed, a dragging cough that ripped her body up. Will felt tears prickling him

"Tessa, Tessa my beautiful Tess, don't go, please" Tessa placed her hand on his jaw line

"You got Jem"

"He's not you" Tessa felt tears fill her eyes. She sobbed slightly

"I don't want to die Will"

"I know, god I know Tess"

"Where's Jem?"

"He's coming, he's coming" as if of hearing his name, Tessa saw the silver haired boy run to her. He cradled her head while Will held into her body

"Tessa, Will what has happened?"

"Arrow with demon poison" Jem nodded. He knew, he knew it like Will

"Tessa, soon you're going to feel light"

"Jem..."

"And free" Jem felt a lump form in his throat. He kissed Tessa's forehead

"Rest now, at ease" Will looked at him. His hand grabbing Tessa's wrist. He only felt a ghost pulse. Not the strong firey one he knew. Tessa's eyes were looking at the roof, she wasn't looking at Jem or Will. She was looking at nothing

"Jem"

"I'm here"

"Will?"

"Yes Tessa?" She smiled a little

"I've never felt so light" with that. Her heart gave threw. She felt nothing, well she did I suppose. She felt so light
