Ok, so ima be completely honest. I havnt came out to my parents yet. So I'm going to try my best, so we could both try together! Now personally, I'm Trans,FTM, but just not in Transition yet. I still dress like a girl, where some makeup, and act like a girl. Only because I havnt came out yet. I'm also Pansexual, I've already discussed this so i won't go into it.
Anyways. The first thing and most important thing is you have to be completely sure that this is who you are. You can't decided your gay,and you have came out to everyone, but then change your mind later. Well, you could, but it would be really tough on you, and your peers around you. So I would reccomend taking the time to deeply think it through.
Second. There is almost never going to be a perfect time, place, and scenario to do it. It could go poorly, I could go great, heck it could go horribly awkward. Just prepare yourself before the event, and know all you really need is your own opinion and that's all that matters!
Three. Dealing with Christian/ religious families. Personally my family is Christian. Now my dad side breathes Jesus ok. But my mom side, they really dont care if you wanna be a duck, they will love you. I actually have a MTF, Male to female, uncle, she is amazing and a wonderful artists. But my Christian side is completely against it. So I just recommend coming out to your accepting adult(s). Then have them back you up when it's time to come out to that super strict and Christian family.
That's all I got for today! I'll be doing Dysphoria tomorrow! Enjoy your day!♡♡
