Never in my life have I ever seen someone pout like Kevin before. He was currently sitting cross-legged on my bed, biting and licking his lips. And pouting. His behavior made me laugh a little.
He was sulking and believe me it was a good side, to see him eye begging me to give in. To be honest, I wasn't really serious when I'd said 'no kissing for a week' but after seeing his reaction I changed my mind.
He refused to go home---not that I was forcing him to---to eat dinner with his family. I begged him to go but he didn't budge.
"Kev, it's already nine thirty. You're super late."
"Leave me alone."
"Come on Martins, Stop sulking."
"Don't call me that."
"Kevin!"
He ran his fingers through his hair and sighed.
"I don't...they are forcing me to go on a vacation with them. I know this dinner thing is their way of trying to convince me to go."
"Where?" I asked sitting next to him on the bed. I caressed his hand, slowly making cycles on it.
"St George, something about mom showcasing her art collection."
"I thought you loved art."
"I do, I'd jump at an opportunity like this but now......now things are different."
"How?"
"You,"
"Me?" I was surprised really, it didn't make sense. He sighed and ran a hand through his locks, his eyes meeting mine.
"I feel like....if I go there...I will.." he paused and sighed "I feel like I'm gonna loose you."
"You afraid to loose me?" I asked again, holding his hand. He intertwined our fingers and then traced small circles with his thump.
"I never met someone like you in my entire life, I don't wanna lose what we have."
"Kev, I'm not going anywhere." I tried to reassure him but my words only made him frown.
"I know, it's just a feeling okay." okay now I feel guilty for punishing him. He was going through a lot and I made it worse by refusing to kiss him. I should be comforting him but instea---
"It's not your fault."
"Can I kiss you?"
"Course you can dummy." I gave him a threatening look and he swallowed. An apology written on his face. He raised his hands in a surrender.
"You're testing my patience, Kevin."
"Sorry."
"I'm waiting."
"Oh." he leaned in and captured my lips with his. We both smiled in the kiss and pulled away, still smiling.
"Thank you, Corey."
"What for?"
"For being you."
"Okay,"
He pecked my lips.
"I'm sleepy,"
"Go change into PJ's then." Kevin already had a change of clothes in my hotel room, just in case he sleeps over. Which is everyday but I don't mind at all.
"I don't have to." he said while peeling his shirt off him.
"Make it quick you perv, I need my cuddles before you doze off."
