Chapter Seven : Overreacting

Laying on my bed I stared at the ceiling. Today is a Saturday and I'm bored out of my mind. Like every other day nobody is home with me except for my rude nanny

I can't really go anywhere because I'm kind of still in trouble from the party I threw last week ! In my opinion I think my sisters should just drop it because I've been punished enough!

Getting up I decided to go downstairs and play the piano. " don't karson I'm reading !" I heard Helen the nanny say

I gave her a dirty look " uhm this is my house I can do what I want !"

" I'm in charge so no you can't !" She said

Arguing with her will just get me into trouble and I don't want to deal with my sisters or my mom nagging at me because I was 'disrespectful ' !!

Going into the kitchen I grabbed an apple and hopped onto the counter scrolling through my phone

" karson !" I heard followed by the front door slamming

" Kim !" I said back biting into my apple

She came in the kitchen and looked at me in disbelief

" your still in pajamas?" She asked

I looked down at my clothes and then slowly back at her " y-yeah why ?"

I'm not doing anything today so I didn't feel the need to get dressed

" I told you we were going out !" She said

" when ?"

" I told you yesterday at dinner and I texted you this morning !" She sighed

" Oh yah !" I laughed nervously

" hurry up you have 45 minutes !" She took my apple and my phone

I hopped off the counter and jogged up the stairs . Walking into my closet I decided what to wear

After 5 minutes I had picked a yellow croptop that had little pineapples on it . White shorts . and white vans.

I took a shower without wetting my hair and got dressed. I left my hair down and threw a hair tie on my wrist just in case. Walking downstairs I saw Kim eating my apple

" hey !" I whined . That was a really good apple

" My bad !" She said handing me my phone

I followed her out getting into her car

" we're are we going ?" I asked

" well first I need to stop by the studio , then we have the family lunch at Mj's house !" She said

" why do you need to go to the studio ?" I asked. Kim can't sing what would she need at a studio ?

" Kanye asked me to pick up a copy of a new track he's been working on since he's in Chicago!"

" oh " was all I said before sitting back

We made it inside the studio and I smiled . I love it here !

" Promise to not touch a thing !" Kim said 

" I promise " I said and continued walking finding an empty room

I walked in and closed the door. I went to the sound tables and started moving random buttons. Hearing a beat come through I smiled

" cool !" I said to myself continuing to move some things
