Chapter Nine: Doing What I Want!

{Karson}

" Karson!" My best friend Jodie complained holding onto the side of the car in full alert mode

" I got this just relax!" I said calmly

" you are insane, your going to kill us!" She said frantically

I knew the basics of driving a car, press the little 'on' button, push the gas and steer

" where are we even going?" She asked

I groaned " I've told you 12 times already, we are going to get attention!"

I had dragged jodie away from brunch telling her that I needed to find my chapstick in the car, I made her get in and close the door and just like that I started to drive, I couldn't just do something this fun alone , I needed my partner in crime... even though she's a goody goody and would never help me I needed the company

" your going to get killed, what if they send the cops after us?"

" kris is probably drunk right now and my sisters don't keep tabs on me, we are fine!" I reassured her

" I hope your right we can't go to jail again," she sighed shaking her head

I laughed. There was one time Last summer when Jodie and I left my house without telling our parents where we were going. They sent the cops to look for us, and once we were found we had to ride in the back of a police car and sit in a cell to wait for our parents. I thought it was the funniest thing ever but Jodie was freaking out the entire time "we didn't go to jail for real,"

" ok but you get my point!"

" we will be fine I promise," I said turning the radio on in hopes of calming her nerves

It took us about five minutes to get to the destination. I grabbed my sun glasses and headed inside with Jodie on my tail nagging about how this wasn't a good idea

" Karson we don't even have security this is bad , let's go back!" She panicked as we walked inside the mall

I ignored her and shook my head that's the whole point!

" KARSON JENNER?" Someone screamed

I let the girl attack me in a hug and smiled for the pictures she was snapping in my face

before we knew it a mob of fans were pulling and tugging on my for autographs and pictures. Honestly I was surprised people knew who I was, I don't get seen on the show a lot because kris says ' it's not a bad thing but your just not as interesting as your sisters,'

" sing something sing something!" I heard someone yell

I looked around and saw an empty bench so I got on top of it

" did you bring the guitar?" I asked Jodie

" this is not a good idea!" She huffed passing it to me

I ignored her once again and strummed the guitar to get a feel of it. I haven't gotten to play the guitar in so long. I smiled a little and began the melody to 1+1 by Beyoncé
