Regret (Jungkook x reader)

I looked up at a branch of the tree, then looked at my "things."

Why did I even ask to apply for the job if I was going to do this?

It didn't make any sense.

I gathered some bricks that was lying around, and placed them one on top the other.

It wasn't that high, but it was high enough for me to reach the branch.

I took out a book and a pen from my bag, and wrote a letter.

To whoever is reading this, which I doubt anyone will, I wanted this.

I've been wanting to do this for a while now, and I'm finally bringing myself to do it.

My family doesn't care, nor do I have any friends, so I don't have to worry about anyone mourning over me.

My life is like a living hell, so I just want to get rid of it, by doing this.

16 years is young, but oh well.

I didn't have anyone specific to write a letter to, but I'm being "trendy" and writing one for who ever reads it, which might be no one.

I folded the paper and put it in my pants pocket.

I took my "things" in my hand, which is, a rope.

I always carried it around.

It's weird but, I just never know when I'm about to give up.

I took the rope and climbed onto the bricks.

I tied it strongly on the branch so that it wouldn't unloose.

I put it around my neck, and tightened it.

I looked at the sky, and sighed.

Here it goes.

I jumped off of the bricks, and I was hanging.

It squeezed my throat, and I couldn't breathe.

This is what I wanted.

I felt my head getting lighter and my eyes was closing.

At this point, I was barely breathing.

The last thing I heard, was someone shouting.

I didn't know who it was, or where it came from.

Then everything became black.
