Today quarterly exams began, and today is telugu the first language, I already did read in house yesterday but reading now in morning, in very silent class with air from fan in right temperature makes me sleepy
"You prepared Ri?" I asked Ritu
"Don't disturb me Bree" she practically shouted
"Hey poorva" I called out for girl before me
"Yup" she replied
"No shouting?" I asked
"You want me to?" She asked back
"Nope" I said and asked
"You prepared for this exam?"
"I think I am" she said
"I detect doubt" I said back, she sighed and I changed the topic
"So which class do you get?"
"8th 'B', yours?" She asked back
"8th 'A', Ritu is also same class and sre I think 9'A' which is this" I said
"Sreya don't have to go to another class, she just needs to change her bench!" She said and I nodded, I planned on asking her more but the bell rang indicating the completement of this period
"Stop reading nerds, we gotta go to our class" I announced to my benchmates, sre's still studying so I nudged her
"This is my class Bree" she said without lifting her head from
"And mine is beside your class" I said, to be honest I practically shouted near her ears and she cringed a bit
"Bye sre, bye bree" Ritu left the room saying this with Poorva
"I guess I'll leave too" I said and went to the class next to mine
My seat was left corner to the wall in 4th bench, I placed my exam pad on my writing desk and went to talk with sre a bit, when I entered class sre is at her exam seat and called for me
"No need pig, I'm actually coming for you"
"Ritu forgot her pouch" she said
"That grandma" I took that pouch from her went to floor beneath ours to 8th class B section
Then I found him, wait.. so this is also his exam hall, without my knowledge a smile appeared on my face, I probably would have looked like as if I'm autioning for Colgate add
He noticed me, he noticed me!!! He looked into my eyes less than 5seconds and ducked his head down, like he always does whenever I'm around, beside him is my other bestie Poorva she smiled when she saw me, I went back of the class and gave Ritu her pouch
"Hey granny, don't forget any answers like you forgot your pouch and all the best" I said
"Why did you come and not sre?" She asked
"Did she ever came?" I asked back
"I know but I also know another reason why you came" she said smiling brightly and hinting with her eyes about him, I blushed and said
"I don't know about this until I came here"
"Oohh! Yess! I believe you" she said that out loud just to embarrass me, I ignored and went near Poorva
"Best of luck" I said out loudly just for him to hear
"Same to you" she said and I left class smiling myself
