Not So Usual Day

(Lisa's POV)

Next morning came and I did my usual morning routine.

Shower? Check!

Breath? Minty!

Clothes? Hot!

Text Jennie a good morning? Double Check!

I decided to not bring my bike today and go with Jennie to school. She texted me a while ago that she'll be here in about 5.

Suddenly I hear a car honk outside.

"Lisa, honey! Jennie's here!" Mom yelled from downstairs.

I looked at myself on the mirror one last time.

I then went downstairs immediately. Don't wanna keep my girl waiting!

"Hey!" I said with a cheeky smile.

"Hey babe!" Jennie said with gummy smile. I just love that gummy smile of hers.

I immediately gave a peck on her lips. This has been a routine for us. Its either her picking me up or it's me picking her up.

"So... any plans for the weekend?" Jennie asked.

"Hmm... not really no." I replied back.

"Well, do you maybe wanna go to the beach or something? This weekend?" Jennie said.

"Oh and let's invite Rosé and Jisoo unnie too!!!" She added.

"That would be amazing! I would love to relax this weekend!" I said enthusiastically.

"It's settled then!" Jennie sounding excited.

After minutes of driving, we reached our campus. When we got down the car, we were immediately joined by our two best friends.

"Wassup wassup!!!" Rosé shouted and placed her arms around me.

"Wassup Roje!" I said with smile on my face.

"Do you guys have any plans this weekend?" Jennie asked enthusiastically.

"No, why? Do you have anything in mind?" Jisoo replied.

"I do omg!!!" Jennie answered back.

"What? What are your plans?" Rosé asked.

"Beach!!!!!" Jennie said with a high note on the end of the word.

"My parents owns a rest house near a beach! So we have no problem on where we'll stay! We'll have to buy some food and drinks!" Jennie added.

"That's cool!!!"

"I'm so excited!!"

"Can't wait for the weekend!!!"

We all said in unison.

I'm so excited this coming weekend! I get to spend it with Jennie and of course with our friends.

We were now in our third period. Lunch had just passed. It's that quick, I know! Suddenly a hand tapped my shoulder.

"Hey, Lis! Wanna hang-out later? I missed you, you know!" Yeri said.

I can see Jennie on my side that she was glaring at Yeri. Oopss, cue jelly girlfriend.

"Umm... I don't think that's a good idea Yeri!" I said quickly.

"Oh c'mon! Just as friends! You won't mind, right Jennie?" Yeri said and turned to Jennie.

It took Jennie seconds to reply to Yeri.

"Yeah, sure. Whatever." Jennie said with a cold expression.
