To my beloved wife,

I remember how we met, I was delivering newspapers and your suavity and beauty caught my attention. I was captivated and my mind wandered, having me crash into a tree. You came to assist me, and your gentleness made me believe that you were the one for me.

I pursued you, and next thing you know, we are sharing our vows with the crowd.

And the days we spent together afterwards, proved to me that I truly loved you.

From your eyes that squint of happiness, to the angry scowl when I accidentally step on your cat, I love it all.

If I were ever given a chance, I would spend the whole day embracing your body and showering you with sincere affection.

I would spend the whole day saying myriad of silly jokes so that I can have your laughter etched into my brain, then have it on replay.

I would take you to your favorite restaurant and treat you a feast, watching as you be delighted with every savory bite.

I would take you to the cherry tree that we spent most of our time, and together we will reminisce the memories we created.

I would play the guitar and you would join in with your melodic voice, swooning me.

I would point out everything I love about you, but it would take time since I love so much.

I would do all this for you.

For many years, I have cherished your love selfishly and I do not wish to have it leave me so easily. You light up my days and so much sweetness tags along that I wake up falling for you over and over again.

It is impossible to imagine the depth of great admiration I have for you, for it is endless.

You never leave my mind, you are with me during the day and night.

I think about you when I drink my coffee at work, and when I look through our pictures.

I think about you when our song plays at the shops.

And I think about you when I pray.

I pray that God would give you back to me.

But what I pray for, is impossible.

You have left me forever, never coming back, and joining the angels who have wanted you to join them.

I still think of you everyday, and the kids think of you too. Charlotte misses your cooking, and Ben misses your scoldings, I miss you as a whole.

If the Heavenly Father would give me a chance to take you on a date again, I would spend every second making sure that your beautiful smile never leaves your face.

It was only a year ago you have left me, but my love for you is still vivid and alive. I patiently wait for the day we reunite, so that I can feel complete again.

You are my other half Charity, and I will love you always.

-Your beloved husband.
