Trip to brighton

This chapter is set around a week after the tour ended so Dianne is around 3 months pregnant

Dianne's POV
Today Joe and I were heading down to Brighton to see Zoe and Alfie, we had planed a gender reveal party and Zoe and Alfie were in charge of setting it up and inviting everyone, Zoe knew the gender of the baby because at our latest appointment we had asked Dr Ridley to write down the gender and send it to Zoe's address. Zoe had messaged me yesterday to tell me that she had received the letter. I was super excited to find out the gender
"Can you believe we're having our gender reveal party tomorrow!" I Said to Joe as he came into the living room.
"I know it's mad I can't wait to find out what we're having, once we know we can finally discuss some names, obviously it will have to start with a J" said Joe
"Um, excuse me, no it will obviously begin with a D" I said and then we continued our  silly little argument, until eventually Joe came up with a reasonable idea.
"Okay how about this then their first name will begin with a D and their second name will begin to with a J" said Joe
"So their initials will be DJS, I like it" I said, Joe smiled and kissed me on the cheek.
"Anyway let's get going" said Joe taking my hand, we got into Joe's BMW that he had been given for the week by a company called Dicken's cider, I could tell that Joe was going to make a lot of jokes about the companies name.
"Hey Di guess what" he said
"What"? I asked
"They don't like a Dicken's cider whilst driving" he said trying not to laugh, I laughed and shook my head and then we got into the car and made our way to Brighton.

When they're at Brighton
Joe's POV
We had arrived at the zalfie pad, we went up to the door and I rung the doorbell, Zoe came up to the door and opened it and then Alan came bouncing towards me.
"Alan!" I Said with excitement, I bent down and patted the dog on her head
"Alan? I thought your dog was called Nala" said Dianne sounding confused
"Yes she is called Nala but Joe likes to call her Alan coz that's what Nala is backwards" Said Zoe
"Oh I see" Said Dianne and then we all went in. Alfie was sitting on the sofa editing a video so I decided to scare him. I gave Dianne my camera so she could film it.
"Alfie"! I shouted as I placed my hands on his shoulders.
"Ah shitting hell, Joe" said Alfie as he turned around, Dianne was in hysterics and she had collapsed on the floor for laughing so much. Once she had calmed down I help her up.
"So guys are you excited for the gender reveal"? Asked Zoe Dianne and I nodded and then we started chatting about Zoe and Alfie's but mainly Zoe's Idea for the party.

Later on that night
Dianne's POV
I climbed into bed and scrolled through Instagram whilst I was waiting for Joe to come to bed, I suddenly felt a little flutter, I put my phone down and I placed my hands onto my stomach and I could feel the baby kicking, Joe came into the room and came over to the bed.
"Babe, come here" I said as I grabbed his arm and pulled him into the bed.
"Woah Dianne" he said with a chuckle as lied down next to me.
"Feel" I said and I took his hand and I placed it on my stomach. The look on his face was priceless and then we both fell asleep in each other's arms freezing this picture perfect moment.
