It was Thursday morning and Seamus and Harry were just waking up from a dreamless sleep. Both were happy about this. The two took a look at the door and the fiery glow on the symbols seemed to have hit a more muted sense of intensity. The two found that a shower plus their clothes seemed to have appeared in the room. After a shower and they got dressed in silence then took a glance at the door. Intrigued by the spell, Seamus and Harry walked over and traced the symbols. Harry went first and when he was finished the writing glowed blue momentarily. Dean did the same and again the symbols glowed blue before returning back to red. They were about to leave when Hermione walked in. She offered up no more information than that she had dreamed about the door then did the same as they had done.
"I hope they come out of here fast. I'd try to talk to Blaise but I'm sure it would be pointless." Hermione said.
"He may be right though. Maybe they've just reached a crossover point." Seamus said. She thought about the letter she had received from Viktor the other morning. Maybe they all had reached a point were daily injections were not enough. They had to find a balance.
"They're probably progressing faster than they should. Just like us. The special magic we have would normally have taken years to hit a certain point. Who knows this whole process may usually take a year." Harry reasoned.
"You're right. I suspect if we don't figure this out by Christmas you, Dean and Draco are as good as gone. Seamus and Blaise seem to be different though. So at least through them we can still find something, but I'm hoping all of you are still alive and sane when that happens." Hermione said as the three of them started towards the Hall.
"Is it okay for us to call out what we are now. It isn't as if everyone doesn't know."
"I'll talk to the others over breakfast Harry. I'll let you know what we come to by lunch." That was the last they said to each other before walking inside the Hall and Hermione left the two to gather the others.
Time went by and Dean, Seamus, and Hermione were semi-distracted right up until lunch. Thinking about the three boys on the other side of the door. Blaise had checked on them in the morning and said they were all a bit restless but at least trying. He was there now checking on them again before lunch. Hermione had called a meeting in one of the Library study rooms with everyone so they could update the boys on everything they had found so far. Blaise was the last to walk in. Cho had a plate of food for him. They convinced the Librarian to let them eat there. After a rehash of their first name connection and how they finally had real direction, Hermione got to the part about moving forward.
"First how are the boys doing?" She asked Blaise.
"Better than this morning. No one even opened their eyes when I walked in this time. The heat is still there and you can see the physical strain it's putting them through but they are doing it. How long it will take..." Blaise shrugged his shoulders in response.
"Okay. So now that all that is covered. We shall all continue to look through this one name and see if she connects with anyone connected to Harry, Draco, Seamus or Blaise's bloodline. That connection will lead us to the people we are looking for. Second, Harry, you're job is to research all things Phoenix. Everything. Take down any recurring names and see if they match up with any we have. Seamus, angels. Everything. That means fairytales and folklore too. Sometimes the truth is hidden in the oddest places. When Dean gets out I'm going to put him on demons and Draco on dragons. That is his name after all. And from here on out I want the four of you to document, and you too Blaise, any change no matter how insignificant. Who knows if another person may find themselves in the unique position of showing no signs of being non-human until they reach maturity. It may help."
