The boy in the iceberg

Y/n's pov :

"It's not getting away from me this time" looking behind me I could see Sokka hunting a fish that was peacefully swimming in the water beside the canoe. "Watch and learn ladies, this is how you catch a fish" I watched Sokka until I heard a sight come from now behind me. Looking forward again I could see Katara take of her glove and start to bend the water making a small bubble with a fish float above the still water. "Sokka look" Katara was exited that she did it and began to move here hands so the water wouldn't fall down again. "Shh your gonna scare it away. Mmm I can already smell it cooking" "But Sokka I caught one" Katara direkted the bubble closer to Sokka so he could see but when she did Sokka raised his spear making the bubble burst and soak him while the fish jumped back in the water. "Hey, why is it that every time you play whit magic water I get soaked" giggling i turned to Katara "It's not magic it's water bending ans it's-" she didn't get to finish "Yeah yeah it's an ancient art unique to our couture bla bla bla, look I'm just saying if I had weird powers I would keep my weirdness to myself" finding this funny i turned to Katara waiting for her comeback "Your calling me weird I'm not the one that make mussels at myself every time I see the reflection in the water" turning Back to Sokka I couldn't help myself. I bursted into laughter when I saw him flexing to himself in the wather. "Good one katara" I said wiping the tears from my eyes. Turning back to normal I looked forward only to let out a shout scaring the two others. The canoe hit a small iceberg warning us. The canoe started to picked up it's pace giving us an unusually fast tempo. The small/medium floes started to near the canoe making us start to panic "Watch out" me and Katara shouted in union. The bigger floes began closing up in front of us, panicked i shouted at Sokka "Go left, go left" he tried to steer away from the ice but we ended up crashing into two enormous ice floes that broke the canoe sending us on topp of the ice. "You call that left" Katara and I started to move closer to Sokka so we wouldn't fall off. "If you don't like my steering maybe you should have waterbended us out of the ice" Sokka sounded really pissed for some reason I mean it was just an accident right? "So it's here fault?" I asked not really believing that Sokka would blame Katara for this. "I knew I should have left you at home Katara, leave it to a girl to screw things up" afther Sokka said that i couldn't help but get angry, my eye started to twitch and I had a hard time trying to control myself. I managed to keep my cool but I couldn't say the same for Katara. She started to trow here hands every where making the ice behind here start to crack. "Katara" I tried to say here name to calm here down but she wouldn't listen. Sokka tried to calm here too but that only made it worse "No I'm done helping you from now on your on your own" then whit the last swing of here hands the iceberg behind her cracked sending waves straight for us. I grabbed on tight to both Sokka and the ice floe. It didn't take long before the water calmed enough so we could relax. "Okay you'v gone from weird to freakish Katara" This again caused me to giggle especially since Katara was so shocked. "You mean I did that?" smiling I heard Sokka talk again "Yup congratulations" as soon Sokka finished talking the water started to glow. Then there was this huge iceberg coming out of the water. Gasping I stumbled back landing softly on my butt by using slight airbending so the other two wouldn't notice. I gasped as i looked inside the iceberg "He's alive" me and Katara shouted. Runing up to the iceberg we started to brake the ice or Katara did I wouldn't want to risk beeing figured out. I know that if I used waterbending it would be okay but neither one of the siblings knew about my powers and I didn't want to revile them because then Katara would't be so happy knowing I too was a bender. 'Well i would have to tell them sooner or later so maybe I should... no now is not the time maybe afterwards' Finally braking the ice there was this huge gust of air and a beam of light coming out of the dome like thing.

In the distance there was this bright light beam coming from an unknown source. "Finally. Uncle do you realize what this means?" turning to his uncle. "I won't get to get to finish my game?" I turned back to where the light came from. "It means my search is about to come to an end" sighting my uncle placed down a card (A/n: is it a cart or what is it please tell me) "That light came from an incredibly powerful source it has to be him" The light was now goon as I turned "Or it's just the northern lights, we'v been down this road before prince Zuko I don't want you to get to exited over nothing" Placing down another card "Pleas sit why don't you enjoy a cup of calming of jasmine te" turning to him i shouted "I don't need any calming te I need to capture the avatar, henchmen head towards the light" as my uncle placed down the last card there was a light wind coming there way.
