Lunch date

Midoriya [POV]

"Todoroki, Midoriya, did you find Aizawa?" Momo asked

"No but we talked to Recovery Girl and she said that she would tell Aizawa when she sees him" I explained

"Did recovery Girl say anything else?" Momo asked

"No not really she didn't even want to look at anything which was kinda strange" I shrugged

"Hey Midoriyaaa" Momo whispered elbowing me in the side

"What do you want?" I asked as Todoroki walked away to her room

"Why don't you ask Todoroki out maybe you'd have a better chance now, cause ya know Hormones and stuff" Mina shrugged

"I couldn't do that, I don't stand a chance in the first place" I shook my head

"Whatever" she shrugged flopping back down on the couch.  I sighed walking down the hallway, though as I passed Todoroki's room I heard faint mumbling.  I stopped by the door leaning in to try to hear better

"Endeavor is going to kill me if he finds out about this, if he sees me like this he'll probably disown me" Todoroki muttered to herself "Though if I don't go to dinner he'll probably kill me anyways," I could hear Todoroki pacing around "First I slack on my training and now this, lord I'm so dead" I realized that Todoroki's calm personality was all just an act.  He was just like everyone else with emotions, he felt fear as well as everyone else.  And now Todoroki was stressing out much worse than any of us were.  I backtracked down the hallway back into the commons room

"I think that Todoroki's really stressing out about this dinner thing and the whole gender thing" I explained quietly to everyone else

"Really?  I wouldn't have ever thought, Todoroki is always so calm" Uraraka exclaimed

"Do you blame him?  None of us really knows what he's going through right now and with everything else that he went through as a child we'll never know what goes on in his head" Momo added

"Yeah but I just wish there was something that we could do to help" I shook my head unsure of what to do

"Midoriya why don't you go take him on a date hmmmm?  Take his mind off of it" Mina suggested with a wink

"Guys now is not the time, be serious" I exclaimed

"Actually Mina that is a...., somewhat decent idea, Midoriya why don't you take him out to lunch or something" Iida agreed

"Wait Iida you really think that;s a good idea?" I exclaimed

"It's..., worth a shot" Uraraka shrugged

"Are you sure?" I asked

"Yeah Todoroki trusts you and I think that he has a crush on you as well though I bet he's more confused than you are about it" Mina jumped up pushing me down the hallway towards Todoroki's room

"I-If you insist" I stuttered, Mina winked at me before running off back into the commons room.  I knocked on Todoroki's door and after a few moments he opened it up

"Yes Midoriya?" she asked

"Well Todoroki I was just wondering if you would want to go out to lunch with me like to take your mind off of things and stuff" I asked my heart pounding in my chest

"Like........, like a date?" She asked

"I-I-If you want it to be" I stuttered thinking that she had already caught onto me

"That doesn't seem right" she muttered

"What?" I asked

"I'm gay Midoriya that just feels wrong in this body" she announced and I couldn't help myself from laughing
