Kaitō and Sana were both snuggling on the couch, a movie forgotten still playing, and Kaitō resting his head on Sana's chest.
Sana studied Kaitō's sleeping face for a second, before smiling to himself and pushing some strands from his face. He tucked some hair behind his ear and Sana wrapped an arm around his waist to pull him closer.
Kaitō stirred, and for a second Sana worried he might've woken him. He hadn't. Kai's face had gone back to relaxed, and he had stopped stirring. Sana wanted to shower, but Kaitō had his arms wrapped around his neck as if his life depended on it. Slowly, Sana stood up and tried to crawl over Kai, only to result in them being in an awkward position.
Kaitō's eyes fluttered open, and he stared up at Sana with big brown eyes.
"If you were so desperate you could've asked me, idiot,"
Sana shook his head, laughed, and leaned down to peck Kaitō's lips. As he pulled away, he heard Kai whine and pout afterwards.
"I just need to shower. I'll be back."
"Let me join you."
"No."
Sana hushed him by leaning down again and kissing him for the 2nd time that day. It worked, and Sana left a pouting and sleepy Kaitō on the couch.
