Chapter 4

Twisting and turning in my bed I looked across the dark soundless room Sleep was never my favorite, I could get so bored of seeing black that I became attracted to the brighter colors going against my regular nature. As my eyes started falling and I started drifting away into Slumber

*Dream*

Wind scraped across my face as I walked down the blood covered streets. Osaka, Tokyo  the second largest city in Tokyo. But honestly I hated it here all the people, the lights, the sounds  everything was shit. The crime rate was so high, everyday someone else had been killed or robbed. Today was no different except on thing, my parents had the victims of today's accident. They had went out to do there usual job as hero's but got caught in the wrong place in the wrong  time, ending with me all alone. In a large house all by myself, at 14. Not that you blamed the hero's you couldn't. So here you sat, curled up on the couch blanket draped across her legs. Tears running down my cheeks and tissues in my lap. A small knock on the door made me wipe them away. I opened the door  a pair of yellow eyes and sharp teeth made my gloomy eyes brighten. 

"Hey girlie brought us some snacks." 

"Thank you himiko." I sat down and patted the spot next me. Himiko moved away the tissue and sat down next to me. She was always there for me.

"Hey um (y/n) can I suggest you something?"  Himiko's face straightened the happy smile she wore disappeared.

"Sure what do you wanna suggest." 

"You should join the league of villains with me." 

I couldn't believe it I was shocked I never thought of being on the bad guys side. I frowned deep in thought should I?

"I don't know himiko. I need time to think."  Her smile returned but this time a genuine smile.

"Yeah, sure I get it. It's fine take as much Time as you need." 

We spent the rest of the night chattering and watching movies. Soon himiko left and I went to sleep. I thought about what himiko said joining the league of villains didn't seem so bad after all. I could have a family again. I wouldn't have to deal with the horrible people I called 'Friends' . I grabbed my phone and dialed himiko. 

"Hey what's-."

"I'm joining the league of villains."

And just like that I shot up from my bed. Sweat streaming down my face. I looked at my clock. Just another bad dream.
