The Day Before You Came

Chapter 4~ Feeling weird

Meryl was lying in Pierces embrace all night and didn't let go, Meryl slowly started to stir and yawned Pierce looked down at her and smiled. "Morning Meryl" Pierce kissed her on the forehead, Meryl smiled up at him "Morning, I loved last night Pierce I don't want anything to change" "Aw me too, I enjoyed it a lot and I hope nothing changes between us"
"Shit Pierce we are late for work we need to get ready!"
Meryl jumped out the bed naked facing her wardrobe she found comfy clothes to wear on set. Pierce was caught staring at her "What do you think your staring at Mr?" Meryl laughed. "Nothing just how gorgeous you are" Pierce smiled and got out of bed to go and put a pair of Jeans and a T Shirt on.
Once they were both ready Pierce took his car and drove them both to the set. "Pierce how will this work" Meryl said looking down. "What how will us work? It's easy Meryl honey don't worry we just don't tell anyone about us and last night and everything will be fine okay?
Meryl smiled up at Pierce, "yes okay I understand, now let's go and do this today and then dinner tonight?" Meryl laughed at Pierce as he kissed her on the lips before getting out.
Meryl walked onto set, she made her way over to Amanda and Dominic to see how they were doing, as Pierce made his way over to Colin and Stellan so the two of them wouldn't be caught suspicious being together all the time off camera.
Meryl ran over to Amanda and hugged her tightly "oh hey... how are you?"
"I'm amazing Meryl thanks how are you?"
"I feel better than ever thank you and how are you Dominic?" "Oh you know just getting along with it, I'm having the best time though and I'm sure you are too.." "Yes I am enjoying everything about this movie especially getting to work with some amazing people."
"Right Okay guys today we are shooting Dancing Queen" Phillyda shouted loudly across the set. "Oh that's me today" Meryl smiled. "I'll be back in a minute" Meryl said as she quickly ran over to Pierce. "You okay?" Pierce looked down at Meryl without the two of them making anything noticable. "Yeah I'm fine I just thought I'd tell you that we are shooting dancing queen today..." Meryl looked at Pierce and put on a smile for him. Pierce took Meryl to the side where nobody would see them, Meryl followed him taking his hand. "Meryl, honey? You sure your okay? You look a little pale today.."
"It's fine, don't worry about me it's nothing.. honestly" "Meryl started blushing a little and didn't say anything and hugged into Pierce tightly. "Okay well if anything's up.. if you don't feel good today then you tell me okay? Come get me I'll be here and we can go back to the apartment, "Yeah Okay" Meryl looked up at Pierce and Pierce took Meryl into his arms to hold her tightly and have her kiss on the head. "Bye" Meryl walked away and smiled at Pierce as she ran quickly away. "Bye I'll see you soon.." Pierce smiled as Meryl ran away in her blue dungarees and long flowing blonde hair.
They were just over 2 hours into doing Dancing Queen and after all he jumping up and down running across things and sliding down banisters, with Julie and Christine. Meryl was exhausted and wasn't feeling her usual self for a little while, she finished up the last take and bolted through the scene to finish off the day, which made her feel worse, she wrapped up Dancing queen and finished "that's a wrap for today everyone see you tomorrow at 7:00 sharp again!" Meryl went and hung up her Donna outfit and put on a pair of jogging bottoms and a loose top, she tied her hair up into a messy bun and took her bags and made her way slowly out to Pierce.
Pierce noticed Meryl making her way over to Pierce and he came over to her quickly and took her bags, he noticed she wasn't feeling the same. Pierce took her bags and wrapped his spare arm around her waist and looked at her, "Honey what's wrong?" "Nothing it's just we done 2 hours of dancing queen shooting which don't get me wrong I love it so much!! But she didn't give me a break and it was a lot and I just feel sick..." Pierce pulled Meryl closer to him and kissed her head. "Aw honey I'm sorry... I know how much you love it but today just isn't your day maybe... let's go home and we will eat in tonight and watch some movies in bed? How does that sound? Dinner, movies and in bed all night with the best person ever just to make her feel better?" Pierce smiled and they got to the car and he put Meryl's bags in. "Yeah sounds good to me" Meryl smiled and got in the car and drove home with Pierce. "Sounds like a plan" Pierce kissed Meryl and they drove off.
