People don't understand me
I know that sounds cliche
I just don't get
How some people are so happy
What is there to look forward to?
I dislike meeting people
Starting over has never been easy
And meeting someone new is even worse
Getting to know someone is so
Difficult
Some people think it's easy to make friends
Like why not?
Meet new people?
Try new things?
No
I don't want to have to meet someone
New
Because it hurts knowing the old people don't
Care
That your old friends don't
Care
They pretend and say that you should make friends
Other than them
But I don't want to
I want to pretend we are as close
As we used to be
