-The Next Day-

Harry's POV:

I wake up earlier than usual to the feeling of being hugged.

I crack open one eye slowly and turn towards whatever it is.

I almost jump in shock when I see another boy there.

I start to back away and grab for Bearie but I can't find him.

The boy opens his eyes and looks confused, when I keep backing away.

"Hey, it's ok."

My head hits the wall, and I try to make myself small, pressing into the corner.

Why was there a boy here, and what did he do to Bearie?

He tries to move closer, and I try backing away more, and then he looks sad.

"Harry it's me." The boy says.

Who is Harry?

The name sounds familiar, but I don't know who that is.

The boy slouches, then looks more sad.

"That's your name. You didn't know?"

"My name's not Freak?" I blurt, then slap a hand over my mouth.

"Hey, questions are ok. Don't ever be sorry for them." The boy says.

"How do you know my name's Harry then hm?" I ask, sounding more angry then I meant to.

The boy backs up a little, and looks down.

"Because I'm 'Bearie' Harry....."

A gasp escapes and I study him more.

There were little ears on his head I didn't notice!

And he was wearing Bearie's outfit.

"But that's just not possible!"

"But Harry- Your magic-"

"Magic's not real!" I exclaim, and the little light in here that never works turns on.

The lock on the door twists and I back up, expecting Petunia, but there's no voice.

And the spider family in the corner fall down onto the bed as spider plushies.

I try backing away more and don't feel the wall behind me, so I scramble over to it.

This couldn't be happening.

Petunia would be up soon and she was gonna be so mad.

Whoever this boy was would be kicked out and Vernon's gonna kill me.

I hear something shatter and everything starts becoming hard to hear.

Why can't I breathe?

Am I gonna die....

I feel a hand on my shoulder, then I'm back in someone's arms.

"Harry it's ok. You're safe."

Mum?

Where am I?

No that wasn't right, mum's dead.

Who's touching me?

My eyes slam open and I see a boy that looks familiar.

His lips are moving but I can't hear what he's saying.
