The Thief and the Royal

Welcome I'm pretty sure I didn't update last weekend but that's mainly because I was busy and I wasn't able to finish it and finish a project at the same time. So this should be 1 of many that I will be posting because I'm on break from school.

Will's POV

I burst through Shelby's door to see Graser on a knee and Shelby's eyes watering. I seen her nod before they both looked at me. 

"Well I mean I didn't miss it." I smiled as Graser sighed in relief. Shelby looked back over at Graser and he looked back to her. 

"I would love to marry you Graser!" She laughed as he stood up and giving her a huge hug. 

"I thought you would say no!" He was crying happy tears and so was she. 

"Why would I do that?" She asked as he put the ring on her finger. 

"The world may never know because you didn't, and you said yes." He smiled even wider. 

"So now that we have a happy moment, how about we take Shelby to Harmony Hallow. She hasn't been there in a year and I bet everyone would love to hear the news. Especially Britt." I suggested. 

"That's a good idea!" Graser grabbed her hand pulling her to the hatch. 

"I'll do the rug and meet you guys there." I told them holding the cloth as he jumped in and helped her down into it. He started to walk with her in tow and I redid everything in the room. I grabbed my bow and hat before running out the front door and to the wall.

I heard the shout of a guard not noticing who I was and telling me to slow down. I waved not turning around and slowed to a jog. Finally making it, I jumped up the balcony of a house and climbed to the roof. After making it to the top I jumped off, my right hand barely catching myself on the stone wall, almost falling 20 feet down. I flung my leg over the side giving me better access to get over. I heard another yell of a guard heading my way wondering how a townsfolk got onto the wall. I ran along the slim walking area trying not to fall off, towards the tall pine tree. 

I heard a loud sound of wind and looked down to see my jacket with a hole in it, an arrow not far away. I heard the bow bending ready to shoot again. I jumped not close enough to the tree to get onto the right branch. Falling, getting closer to the grassy ground, I grabbed onto a thick branch somewhat near the bottom. I heard the guy running close, my adrenaline running off, causing me to notice the searing pain in my left side. I looked down to see my top with a large cut and red starting to dye the color around it. "Damn." I breathed putting pressure against it with my left hand. 

"Dude he seriously jumped off, he has to be dead. Quit looking for him, King Arthur and Prince Liam are leaving to another kingdom soon and we can't let anyone know." I heard another guards voice complain walking away. "Fine." The original guard grumbled before walking away as well. I hissed in pain before slowly climbing down the rest of the way. 

"Son of a bitch." I growled as it started hurting way worse when i moved my left arm. I inched my way to the ground before limping my way to the hidden house. 

It was a long walk and the sun was finally gone. I opened the door and there stood Britt doing dishes. She looked over at me smiling but quickly screamed. 

"Oh my god Will!" She ran over putting my arm over her shoulder and helping me up the spiral stairs and onto the bed laying there. I heard doors opening but didn't notice they were the ones from the underground area, because Britt put both of her hands on top of each other and pressed against the wound. 

"Britt?! What happened?" I heard Graser's voice. Graser looked around trying to find where she went. She looked up at me freaking out. I shook my  head at her in a way of saying no. 

"I'm up here Graser, just a spider it's fine." She lied her hands covered in blood.

"Okay....just um, tell me when Will shows up? He's taking way too long." He sighed walking back through the door. 

"I can't do this Will! I have no idea how to fix this! Graser can!" She whisper yelled at me. 

"I'm sorry, but I don't want to ruin his day. It's about him and Shelby." I groaned as she poured some water on it. 

"They said they had a surprise but they didn't want to say it until you got here." She huffed. 

"I really want to know too." She was really upset about this. 

"Fine go get him. But don't tell him what happened until you get away from everyone else." She nodded running off. 

Graser's POV(Easiest way to put this)

I heard Britt screaming but I couldn't tell what she yelled. I ran from Shelby and Scott making my way up the stairs and out the loud wooden doors. 

"Britt?! What happened?!" I yelled looking around for where she could be. After a few seconds of silence I seen her head poke out and she was smiling but sweaty. 

"I'm up here Graser, just a spider it's fine." She looked around the room. 

"Okay....just um, tell me when Will shows up? He's taking way too long." I sighed walking back through the door. I turned around my hand on the handle ready to close it but a splatter of blood caught my attention. Right at the front door.

I hesitantly walked downstairs back to Shelby, my Fiancé. I heard footsteps running around behind me, and out of curiosity I turned around wondering why they were running. I seen Britt, at first I thought it was fine but then I seen her face in total fear, and her hands covered in blood. 

"Britt what happened?!" I shouted freaking out. "Shhhhhh!" She yelled grabbing my hand dragging me out to the house again. I couldn't care less that she's getting blood on my hand, I need to know what happened. 

"Don't freak out and yell please. He told me not to let you know until a few seconds ago because I had no clue what to do." She complained pushing me through the door and I seen where she was at had stairs connected. I walked up slowly seeing more drops of blood on them. I look up to see a bed, but Will was laying there with a humongous area of blood on his top with a cut and a hole in his jacket. He hasn't noticed I'm there, but his face is in pain. I'm too shocked to do anything. I felt a small push on my back to see Shelby. Britt was no where to be seen. I smiled softly before running up to him taking off his jacket. 

"Your an idiot." I mumbled as he smiled barely. 

"But I'm alive." He mumbled. "Yes you are. Yes you are." I Frantically moved around getting things I needed and getting to work. 

"Shelby can you tell Britt to make him another top? He's gonna need it." I asked her cutting off the one he's wearing. 

"I'll be back." She said running off. I started cleaning the cut moving fast so he wouldn't loose anymore blood.

"This is going to hurt and you know it." I sighed before starting to stitch him up. He hissed and groaned for a bit before passing out from the pain. 

"You need to be more careful." I laid my head next to his stomach when I was done. 

"Yes you are, and your not going anywhere." I whispered before falling asleep.

First time not in Will's POV but next part will be back to Will. Lmao that's a lot of will in a sentence. I hope you enjoyed and I'll see you in the next one.
