Thousands of years ago the gods lived among humans in peace, some even formed families with them. They all lived lives full of happiness.
But this all changed when Kremmerah attacked and and stole the children from the gods. This caused war between...
Thousands of years ago gods and goddesses walked among humans in peace. People looked up to them and were taught by them. Some gods and goddesses started families with them, the children of the gods were known as demi-gods. They all lived happily and peacefully until Kremmerah attacked.
Kremmerah is a place created by the nightmares of people and is fuelled by the fears of them. Kremmerah seeked the downfall of the Gods to change earth into a place of chaos and confusion. The Kremmerah's goal was to take the children of the gods and use them to end the gods. They attacked in the dead of night after everyone was asleep, at least that's what they believed. The Kremmerah's snuck in through windows and underneath doors, taking the children without being noticed by the families in the homes.
All this was witnessed by the goddess of the moon Selene, who watched over the night whilst everyone slept.

Selene stayed silent as she ran to wake her siblings, Helios and Eos who then awoke the rest of the gods. (Helios)

This caused a war between the gods and Kremmerah, which lasted 5 years, the gods won but they lost many of their children which had an effect on everyone in the village. After the war, Zeus and the other gods decided that in 2 years they would leave for Olympus and watch over their families to make sure they were safe.
A year after the war Selene gave birth to a child with midnight black hair and ocean blue eyes. The father of the child was a human who had fallen in love with Selene a year before the war. He had dark hair and emerald eyes with a caring and adventurous personality. The child had shown her powers at a young age. The powers were the strongest out of all the god's children . Due to the war between Kremmerah and the Gods, Selene gave the child to her lover and told him to protect her until it is safe again. The gods then left for Olympus and Selene's lover kept his promise and moved from the village. People say that the myths and legends are true. That the daughter of the moon along with her father are still out there waiting for Selene to come back.
"Do you believe that she's still out there dad?" asked a 6 year old girl.
"I believe in all the myths and legends" , replied her father, "It's getting late, you should get some sleep , we have a long day tomorrow."
"Goodnight dad" the child said
"Goodnight my little star" he kissed her head and tucked her into bed, "sweet dreams" he siad as he closed the door behind him.
The little girl stared out the window and fell asleep watching the moon, believing it was watching over her. Little did she know the moon had always been watching over her.
