Soulmates! Boy oh boy, I haven't done nearly enough of this one.
The concept is fairly simple. Your OC and their crush are soulmates, and they probably work through finding that out. Can be fluffy, can be angsty, can be cracky. Can even be a swirl! You want it, you got it! And if you've got a particular sub-genre of this AU, like names on wrists or the first words said to each other tattoo, let me know! I'm partial to the latter, if I'm honest.
Also, as an aside, I'd recommend just scrolling through people's takes on this AU. Not for any particular reason besides that they're really cool and fun.
