You Only Live Once...

Chapter 6

Chaeyoung's POV

I woke up pretty late. Thank God Mina Unnie woke me up. I rushed down and ate while I yelled," Why didn't you wake me up earlier?"

She replied calmly," Cause we slept really late last night and I didn't want to ruin your sleep."

All of the girls stopped doing whatever they were doing and looked at us. Sana Unnie had a smirk on her face," What were y'all doing that late at night?" She asked.

 Mina Unnie looked at me while blushing as if she wanted me to say it." We weren't that sleepy so I made some ramen which we shared with some soda, on the sofa under a blanket. After eating we spoke for a while and then went to sleep."

Everyone had their mouths wide open now." Why are y'all reacting like that, it's not like we slept together." I said

As soon as I said this Mina Unnie choked on the coffee she was having along with a few others. I started smirking and giggling.

" Our Chaengie isn't as innocent as we thought, huh?" Nayeon unnie said while looking at Mina. I turned to look at Mina Unnie who was blushing with a shocked look on her face. As soon as she saw me looking at her, she hid her face. Sooooo Cuteee!

We all got ready and left together. My first class was Maths. I hated maths!! It was my weakest subject. If it wasn't for it, I would top my class every year.

Maths got over soon. We all remained in class as we had English, but it luckily it turned out that class had been cancelled. We all yelled in joy before walking out. All of us walked into the garden and sat down under a tree.

All of us were talking when Yoongi walked up to us." Chaeyoung, can I talk to you?"

I looked at Jeong hyung, Momo unnie, Tzuyu and Mina unnie, all of them looked worried.

"Sure" I said while getting up, but before I could do so, I felt a hand grab mine. Upon looking behind I saw that it was Mina unnie.

I looked at Yoongi and said," You go ahead, I'll join you." Once he walked away, I turned back to her, kneeled down, looked Mina unnie right in the eyes and said," I'll be careful, okay?" She thought for a second with a concerned look, but the she nodded.

I walked up to him and tapped on his shoulder. He turned around and showed me his gummy smile. I have to admit he looked real cute at that moment. We started walking when he said, " So I just came to know that for an upcoming project, all music majors have to pair up and perform together at a concert being held by the university, and that we can choose our own partners, so I came to ask whether you would like to be my partner? I heard you sing and rap during our first class and you have an amazing voice, so, I had to ask you."

I don't think that being partners with him will do me any harm and anyways, I heard him too and he can rap real well.

"Okay"

"Okay, I'll see you in class then" He said while blushing and walking away.

I walked back to the Unnies and Chewy with a smile on my face. As a reached the tree, I saw them in deep conversation. Once they realised I was approaching them, they started acting as if they were just chilling, but before I could sit down the bell rang.

All five of us made our way over to the lockers as we had our Major classes. As we were walking, I felt some liquid splash on me. 

There stood Jennie, with a bottle of sprite in her hand and a fake shocked look all over her face," Oh I'm so sorry, I tripped"

I looked at my tshirt which had sprite all over it and the looked at Jennie before smiling and walking away. I heard footsteps following me all the way to the washroom

Once I entered the washroom, I saw Jeong hyung, Momo unnie and Tzu enter right behind me. Where did Mina go? I tried cleaning it but I gave up.

A few seconds later, Mina came in running with a shirt and asked," Why don't you say anything to her? You know she didn't do it by mistake."

"It's okay Minari, let it be. You only live once, so I don't want to waste my time on her." I said while taking off my tshirt. Mina just looked at me with shock while a blush creeped on her cheeks. 

I don't know why but I could feel my cheeks heat up at the cute sight in front. After wearing the the shirt I walked out of the washroom," Come on Mina, We're already late for class, so stop staring at me and let's go."

"Coming" she said while blushing and waddling up to me. If it was up to me I would tease her all day long just to see the cute version of Mina.

During music class,We were told that the project performance was gonna take place before the semesters and that it would account for almost half of our terminal grade.

I went to the cafeteria to eat. The entire group was already there. I sat next to tzuyu and began eating silently. The conversation that was going on got interrupted Mina unnie

"What did Yoongi tell you, Chaengie?"

"Wait WHAT?!?!? Yoongi approached you?" Jihyo unnie practically yelled out loud.

"Calm down unnie, he just wanted me to be his partner for our project performance"

"What did you say to him?" Mina unnie questioned while looking down at her food and eating seriously.

"Well, I thought about it and said yes"

As soon as I said that everyone glared at me." Chaeyoung...." Nayeon unnie tried to say something but I stopped her.

"Guys, I know exactly what y'all are gonna say. Mina unnie warned me and I heard y'all yesterday when you all were talking about it here."

I paused to look around," I know I need to be careful around Yoongi and Jennie, but before I do so, I need y'all to tell me the entire story."

Hyung looked at NaJiMoSa and then spoke up," Yoongi is a playboy and so are all the guys in his group. Jennie is his girlfriend, but that doesn't stop him from flirtng and screwing with other girls, so Jennie just bullies the poor girls that Yoongi targets cause she can't tell him anything. That's why we are worried about you."

I took a deep breath,"It's okay, I can take care of myself."

The bell rang. All of us were walking back to class when Hyung asked me and Tzu, if we wanted to try out for the drama club. Both of us hadn't been able to decide which club we wanted to join so we just asked her when the tryouts were and carried on.

At the end of the day, Both Chewy and I decided that we are gonna join the drama club. So we went to the drama club room for our audition. There were a lot of people trying out so they split us into groups, gave us scenarios and made us act it out.

After the audition Hyung, Chewy and me were on the way home when I remembered what Hyung had said yesterday morning," Jeongyeon unnie, yesterday morning, when you, Nayeon unnie and me were talking about Mina unnie, What did you mean when you said,' Knowing Mina and how she is'?"

Jeong Hyung thought about it for a minute before she answered," The simplest answer to that question is that she is bisexual. Although she hasn't dated anyone, she is into both guys and girls. So we have a feeling that sooner or later, Myoui Mina will fall for you."

But why me though ? ..............
