Chapter 3

*Bailey's POV*

"Okay bitches we're here!" Anthony yelled, making me laugh slightly.

Everyone climbed out of the car and started walking towards the Golden Gate Bridge, everyone but me.

I got out of the car and stood in awe San Fransico is breathtaking.

"You comming babe?" Jack said running back over to my side, and taking my hand.

I nodded my head and all of us walked to the bridge.

"Let's walk across it! I want a picture looking over the water." Jenn stated.

"Same!" Rebecca screamed.

Jack started walking again, pulling my slightly behind him. I didn't wanna go... We were getting closer and closer, and my heart started beating really fast. Jack put on foot on the bridge and I lost it. I broke lose from his grip and darted back to the car. Tears were welling up in my eyes. It feels like just the other day I almost committed... The fact that this bridge is so much taller, and the water is so much deeper (and let's not forget colder) scares me. It's like I'm afraid of bridges now. Well not not like, am. Terrified honestly.

"Bailey!" Jack screamed running over to me.

I was seated leaning up against the car.

"What happend?!" He asked pulling me into his arms.

"Jack, I-I c-can't go on th-the br-bridge." I say between sobs.

"Why? Was it something I said?" He asked lifting my chin up, so I could look him in the eyes.

"I almost c-committed..." I start crying again. Jacks eyes grew bigger, filling with tears, he underdstood.

"Bailey, I'm sorry... I didn't think about that..." He said.

"It's fine... Go hang out with the others. I'll have Connor come pick me up." I say pulling out my phone.

"We can do something tomorrow. Sorry I kind of lost it." I press my lips together.

He gently cupped my face and kissed my lips. It wasn't rough, but it was definetly passionate. He pulled away smiling then walked back over to the group.

"Hey Con?" I say sniffling into my phone.

"Yes?" He asked.

"Can you come pick me up?"
