memories of murder

betrayal

cam's pov :

i called 911. now i'm headed over to miah's house to go make sure tori is ok.

i get to miah's house and tori is in the kitchen, looking at the blood. "come on, i'll take you
to the hospital." we get into the car and go to the hospital, it's like 20 minutes away.

we get to the hospital and i go up to reception, "we are here to see miah." the receptionist gives me the room number and me and tori head to see miah. i called her parents but her dad is on a business trip and her mom said she'd be here after work. they thanked me, which made me feel good, i don't know why.

we walk into the room and mya is laying in the hospital bed, tubes up her nose, attached to her arms, they're everywhere. the doctor is beside her bed. "doc, how's she doing." the doctor responds "well, she's concious, she got stabbed at least 24 times. she should survive, but she might be here a while." i'm relieved. i can't lose her. i've only known her a few days but i love her. tori sits in the corner, i go sit beside her. "look, i know you've been stressed these past days, but it'll be alright, everything will be okay." i tried and reassure her, to be honest, i don't know if everything's gonna be okay, but i hope it will be.

me : tori is it alright if i leave for a little, i'm gonna try to go find whoever did this to her...
tori : i'm not sure that's a good idea. i mean you could get hurt too and miah would be devastated.
me : no i gotta hurt the person who hurt her.

tori stood up and grabbed my wrist. "please don't go." she whispered in my ear. this made me a bit uncomfortable. "i need you." and she kissed me. i pushed her off and she stumbled back. "what are you doing." i said trying to keep calm. i looked over and miah was slowly opening her eyes. i walked over there. "i'll be back soon." and i kissed her forehead. i walk out the door and give tori a look. i can't describe the look i gave her, i just know it wasn't a good look.

[ much much later ]

i end up at dustin's house, and there are a couple of cars parked outside. i don't know what makes me do it but i walk around to the pack in peek through the window. there are a few girls standing in the room, i've seen them around school, then i see the person. the person that attacked miah. i run around to the front and invite myself in. i walk straight to the back of the house and there he is. i shove past the girls and push him into a wall. i take off his mask and it's dustin. it makes sense. he never tried to attack tori. but he went for miah. i punch him, once, twice, i can't stop. "why'd you do it?" i yell. then i push him down, and walk it.

i gotta got tori out of their with miah...
