One Wish

A Talk With Genie

I ran all the way to the school, hoping to run into Fairy Godmother. When I finally make it there, I see Fairy Godmother in the main hall where I use to have Goodness Class. I walk up to her and notice that her clothes were all dirty and ragged, not like herself at all. When she saw me, she give me her famous smile but it don't seem as happy as it use to be. "Hello your majesty" she said bowing.

"Hey, Fairy Godmother, I wanted to ask you something," she nodded. "Do you remember Gigi?" I asked. "No, I can't say that I have." she replied. I started freaking out when she said that but I stayed calm. "Thank you Fairy Godfather that's all I needed." I said. she smiled and nodded before she walked away.

I ran back to the castle, down to the dungeons to talk to Genie. He has to know who Gigi is. When I got to the gates, I had the guards open the door and went to find Genie's cell. It took awhile but I finally found him. When I saw him, he looked the same just less powerful. I finally spoke up "Genie, I want to ask you something?" He looked at me with a glare, "About what?" he said in a harsh voice.

"It's about Gigi." When I said that he rushed up to me, but the cell doors blocked him. "How hell do you know about Gigi!" he yelled. "So you do remember her." He backed away from the doors. "Of course I do, she's my daughter why would I forget her." I looked at him confused. "Then why does everyone else not remember her?" I asked.

"And why should I tell you, you're probably gonna go tell your father and have her taken away." he snared at me. "I promise I won't, please Genie just tell me what happened to her, please." I pleaded. He looked at me, trying to see if I'm serious. He sighed "Two years ago, when the villains took Fairy Godmother's wind, I casted a spell causing everyone to forget who Gigi was.

It cause me to lose all my power but it's in order to protect her and that's all I care about. "But why?" I asked. "Gigi still isn't a free genie and if your father gets a hold of her lamp, things will be more worse than they are now." he continued "So I hid her lamp, that way no one can use it for evil." I looked at him seriously "Where can I find her?" I asked him. "Why should I tell you?" he asked.

"Because I want to make things right." I told him. "What do you mean make things right?" he looked confused. "I don't know how to explain this but in another life villains didn't take over Auradon and Gigi was my girlfriend." he looked at me seriously "Ok, lets say I believe you and all of that was real, how did it all happen?"

I tried to remember what happened that day and it came to me. "The last day everything was normal, I was walking to Gigi's room to talk to her. As I walked, people kept talking about this star that was supposed to appear." When I said that, Genie looked at me shocked. "What is it" I asked. "Did you say anything that should like a wish?" He asked.

"Yeah I did, but I didn't think that it would cause all this." I replied. "Jay listen to me, that star isn't just an ordinary star." he continued. "That star can make wish even, if they were not might to be made." he finished. "Then what do I do to fix this?" I asked. "First find Gigi and bring her here." he said. "And where do I find her?" I asked. "The woods."
