One Wish

Getting Caught But Saving the Day

Jay POV:

I was my father, "I know your were a genie, how else would you explain those gold cuffs on your wrist." he said pointing at Gigi. "No dad please don't do anything to her." I pleaded. But he pushed it off "Now son what kind of person would I be if I pass up an opportunity like this." I looked at him. "Person that doesn't need more power." he shook his hand "Nonsense, now you girl hand me the lamp." he said to Gigi. But Gigi shook her head "No" she backed away but got caught by a guard and tried to break free but couldn't. Then my father walked up to her and grabbed her the lamp. "Now let us get to wishing." he was about to rub it before he could, I tackled him to the ground.

"Jay what are you doing?!" he trying to get my hands off the lamp. "Getting my life back." I said finally getting the lamp. I get up and rubbed it. Then Gigi start to glow and she appeared in her genie attire. She looked at me before bow "Your wish is my commend." she said. "Jay whatever your about to do, don't this is the life we have always wanted." my dad said. I shook my head "This is the life you always want, my life is a wish away." I said looking at Gigi. "Gigi I wish that the villains never took over Auradon, that still you existed and for everything to be back to normal. Gigi looked at me and smiled, then placed her hands together "Your wish is my commend." she said bowing. "No!!" I hear my dad yell. But everything started to become bright and the next thing I know everything was dark.

Like before little specs of light started to show, the I was meant with my bedroom ceiling. I look around and everything looked the same from Carlos's bed to my jersey on the floor. It actually worked then I remember Gigi, I ran out my room trying to find the closest person there. Which was Fairy Godmother "Fairy Godmother." I said and she looked at me "Hello Jay, what can I help you with?" she asked. "I was wondering if you know where Gigi is?" I asked back. She nodded "Yes she just walked toward her room." I smiled. "Thank you Fairy Godfather" I said before running to Gigi's room.

When I get there I knock on her door and her the most beautiful voice I have ever heard. "Come in." I smiled and opened the door. I see her on her bed reading a book. "Hey." I said making her look up, "Jay I been looking everywhere for you where have you been?" she asked walking up to me. But before I could say anything I grab her the the face and kiss her. To which her responded, until she backed away. "What was that about?" I smiled "I just love you so much." I said causing her to smile. " I love you too."

"Jay I really wanted talk about last night," she started but I stopped her. "No it's me who should be apologizing, I took things out of proportion." I said, "I know you're just doing what's best for the kingdom." she looked at me. "I am so lucky to have you." she said. "And I am to have this life with you." I said before kissing her.

Now the lesson here is be careful what you wish because it may not be what you wanted to be.
