Nick: that's exactly the reason *grabs leather jacket and runs out of the house*

Joe: *runs after her* why did you run in here

Joe: *picks up pill bottle* he hasn't been taking his blood sugar pills or checking his sugar

Joe: he's been doing drugs behind our backs
Paisley: we can't tell anyone
Nick: *comes back and walks in bedroom* why are you going through my stuff
Joe: you haven't been taking your medicine

Joe: Nick you're a diabetic you shouldn't be doing drugs
Nick: how did you find out
Joe: Paisley just found the box
Nick: I was so stressed when we moved to LA I didn't know how to tell you guys
Paisley: so you started taking drugs!
Nick: *nods*
Paisley: does Macy know
Nick: no and I'd be happy if you don't tell her
Paisley: Nick you know we are going to have to tell mom and dad right
Nick: they will send me to rehab Pai
Paisley: *hugs Nick* Nicky I will help you out with all of this
Nick: *hugs back* thanks Pais I'm glad to have you as my sister
Paisley: and I'm glad to have you as my brother
*they continue to hug*
Joe: *texts Stella, Macy and Kevin* you three get your asses in Nicks room now
*they all come in Nick's room*
Macy: oh my god they made up finally
Joe: okay guys break up the hug
Nick: no I'm not letting her go
Paisley: I have to get ready to go to gymnastics practice
Nick: *lets go* promise you won't worry about me I'll be fine I'll handle the addiction myself
Paisley: *shakes Nick* take your medicine and check your sugar and I won't
Nick: I can't until I get the *looks at Macy* drugs out of my system
Macy: *looks at him concerned*
Dad: *knocks on door and opens it* where is everyone
Kevin: *yells out* we're in Nick's room
Dad: what are you guys doing in here
Nick: mom dad everyone I have a confession to make
Mom: what wrong Nicholas are dying
Nick: no the umm reason I've been fighting with Paisley is because umm well I've been doing drugs
Dad: you know Nick with you not taking your sugar, you could have a sugar attack and we don't want that... but I'm afraid we are gonna have to take you away to rehab.
Nick: *tears up and sits on bed* this reminds me back to the time Pai Pai got into that school fight
Paisley: I was protecting you
Flashback
Some girl named Bridget: Aww poor little Nick is gonna pass out in the middle of the hallway
Paisley: Don't make fun of my twin brother!
Bridget: oh you are twins wow I see the resemblance. But your brother is so weak and so useless, when he has to have his sister feed him a juice box and a bag of cookies.
Paisley: he has diabetes, he gets low blood sugar and has to have sweets, and has to have his sister feed them to him because he is too weak to do it himself!
Bridget: *pushes Paisley up against the locker* whatever we are gonna fight and you are gonna get the blame because my daddy is the principal
Paisley: *punches Bridget* I don't have to take the blame If I punch you first!
*they continue to fight for 10 minutes*
Principal Winfield: Paisley Jonas! Did you just hit my daughter.
Bridget: yes daddy she did, I was just saying that she shouldn't feed her brother like a baby in the hallway, and then she punched me
Principal Winfield: is that true Ms. Jonas
Paisley: actually
Principal Winfield: I don't want to hear your response you are suspended from school for a week, and you are going to juvie
Paisley: what why!
End of flashback
Nick: that was a rough week without you Pai *cries*
Paisley: I know Nicky
Nick: I can't be without you again for that long
Dad: then let's make a deal, we get rid of the drugs and I will stay here with you for a couple of days and see how you are doing
Nick: okay deal
