Ashley's P.O.V.

I woke up alone. Which was strange since I was always woke before Teal. Even if I was drunk. I groaned before getting out of the bunk. I walked over to the bunk where Teal keeps all over stuff. Empty. Fuck. I panicked and ran to the front of the bus. All the guys but Jinxx were sitting around doing various things.
"Where's Teal?" I asked anyone who was willing to answer me.
"In the back with Jinxx." Jake said not looking up from the magazine he was reading.
"What is she doing back there?" I questioned, not completely trusting Jinxx to be alone with Teal.
"She woke up, got out of your bunk, went to hers, got her notebook and sketchpad, set them down on the table in the back room, came in here, looked around at all of us, then asked Jinxx if he would go back there to 'babysit' her." Jake said, finally looking at me.
"Why would she do that instead of waking me up?"
"I don't know. She's Teal. God only knows what goes through her mind." he answered looking back down at his magazine.
"Thanks Jake." I said before turning back around and heading toward the back. I knocked and waited for someone to open the door. Five minutes passed and nothing.
It was killing me. I didn't trust Jinxx to be back there with her but I didn't want to just open the door because I didn't want Teal to be mad at me because I didn't trust Jinxx. But I didn't want Teal to be with a guy like Jinxx. It was nothing personal toward Jinxx. It was just the fact that Teal had a daughter and Jinxx was a rock star. Teal needed someone to be in her life at all times. Not in and out of it because of tour.
It was bad enough Indigo didn't have her father in life. She most defiantly didn't someone to be in and out of her life for months at a time.
"Teal please open the door." I yelled loud enough for her to hear. Nothing. I was passed mad now.
I knocked again and waited. I sighed out of fustration.
"Teal I swear to God if you don't open this door...well I'll think of something later, but for now you better open this fucking door." I screamed to ensure that Teal and Jinxx both heard.
Nothing. I was beyond pissed. I stomped into the bathroom and I dug through Teals stuff until I found what I was looking for. I pulled one of the bobby pins off the cardboard and stomped back to the back room. I put the bobby pin in the key hole and unlocked the door. I swung it open and stepped inside. No one. But Teals notebook and sketchpad was still in here. Why would her stuff be in here but not her? Teal always made sure to never leave her stuff out because she didn't want the guys, more specifically CC, to go through her stuff.
I looked around and noticed both their phones on the table. Fuck. I picked up Teals phone and slid the screen to unlock it just to have the stupid passcode come up. I thought for a second before typing 0-1-2-4, Indigos birthday, and to my surprise it worked. It opened and went straight to her messages. I never felt bad about going through her messages.

                                Danny: Ha Ha sounds fun.
Teal: Oh trust me it is. Ha ha
Danny: So when do I get to see the modeling pictures?
                                Teal: Never :P haha
Danny: I wish I were there to make you feel better.
Teal: I wish you were here to.
Danny: Maybe I could fly to you.
Teal: I don’t know if that is a good idea.
                                Danny: Why?
Teal: because I don’t know how the guys will act.
Danny: I don’t care about them.
Teal: It’s their call. It’s their bus.
                                Danny: Then ask
                                Teal: I can’t. I’m scared.
Danny: Whatever. I thought you liked me.
Teal: I do. It’s just complicated.
Danny: Well text me again when things aren’t complicated.
Teal: Danny please. You don’t understand.
Danny: What is there to understand? You obviously do not care too much about us.
Teal: It’s not like that and you it. I just got out of the hospital. Now is not the time to ask the guys if another guy can stay on the bus with me.

This made me pissed. She had been talking to another guy while she slept in the same bunk as me. And now she was out with Jinxx. And only god knew what they were doing together. And I bet ten dollars that she met this Danny guy at one of the shows, since he had offered to fly here.
I sighed before standing up and walking to the front.
“Are we stopped?” I asked Jake since everyone else was about to fall asleep.
“I don’t know.  Why?” he asked not looking up from his phone. He was probably texting Ella.
“Because Jinxx and Teal aren’t back there.” I replied.
“Well are you going to stand there of are you going to see if we have stopped?” Jake asked. I sighed before walking over to the window in the little kitchen area. I sighed again seeing that we had stopped.
“We’re stopped. So where could they be?” I asked myself more than Jake, but he answered anyway.
“Maybe they went to go get food.”
“But why would they lock the back room?”
“Teal probably did it to keep us out of her stuff.” Jake said, and he had a good point.
“True.” I said agreeing with him.
“Ashley, do you ever think that maybe you worry too much about Teal?”
“No, she’s my best friend. If I don’t look after her who will?”
“Ash, Teal is a big girl. She can take care of herself.” Jake said with a look of seriousness on his face.
“Fine, you’re right.” I said putting my hands up in surrender.
“Ash, please tell me you didn’t go through her phone.” Jake said, eyeing her phone that was still in my hand. I mentally cursed at myself.
“I didn’t go through her phone.” I said telling him what he wanted to hear.
                “Ash.” he groaned.
                “What?”
“Why would you do something so stupid?” he asked.
“Because I care about her, and I want what’s best for her and…” I trailed off when I realized I had almost said Indigo.
                “And who?” he questioned me.
“Uh…Sparkle.” I answered, saying the first thing that came to mind.
“Who’s Sparkle?” Jake asked with a raise of his right brow.
“Her cat.” I replied, hoping he wouldn’t question the subject anymore.
“She has a cat and she never told any of us but you?” he asked.
“Well yeah. I am here best friend. And I’ve been to her house.” I said. I thought back to that day and smiled at the memories.
“Ew. I don’t want to hear about your sex life with Teal.”
“I don’t know what you are talking about. I’ve only had sex with once.”
“Ew. I didn’t need to know that.”
“Yeah you did.” I said giving him one of my signature Ashley smiles.
                “Gross no.” he gagged.
“You act like sex is a big deal. Are you telling me you’ve never had sex with Ella?”
“I’ve had sex with Ella. I just don’t go around telling people about it.” He said.
“Aha. I never told you about it. You brought it up.”
“’Cause you were talking about going to her house.” He pointed out.
“’Cause she’s my friend. And I over to watch Americas Next Top Model.”
“You watched a show about models with her and she was okay with that?”
“Hey, it was her idea. And besides she used to be a model.”
“Whatever. No wonder she doesn’t like it when you look at her.” He said.
“She told you that she didn’t like it when I looked at her?” I asked.
“No, it’s just obvious to apparently everyone but you.”
“Teal loves me. She wouldn’t think something like that.” I said, though I was not sure how true it really was.
“Are you sure about that Ash?” Jake asked quietly.
“Yes…no…I don’t know. I mean she always acts like she likes me.”
“That doesn’t mean anything. Ash, I’m sorry.” He apologized.
“No, Jake it’s fine. You have no reason to be sorry.”
“Okay and Ashley one more question… How do you feel about Teal?”
“Well, Jake to be honest… I think I love her. I replied and smiled at the thought.
