y/n lazed with taehyung and jungkook on their couch, scrolling through social media with her head on tae's lap and her feet on jungkook's. she shut her phone after awhile and placed it aside, turning to face the tv.

she glanced at the clock and narrowed her eyes, she felt like she was forgetting something today. she sat up and grabbed her phone again, going through her reminders and realising that she had to pick up jiwoo from the airport in an hour, meaning she had to leave now if she wanted to make it there in time .

"taetae, we have to pick up jiwoo unnie."

he switched his gaze to her and nodded, standing, "okay."

"jungkook? how about you? do you want to tag along?"

"no thanks, i'm meeting up with my friends in a few minutes, you guys say hi to noona to me though," he shook his head.

"alright," she pocketed her phone, following taehyung as he took his car keys and led her to the parking lot of their apartment. she slipped into the car as he did the same in the other side, beginning the rather long drive to the airport.

they reached the incheon international airport right on time, exiting the car and glancing around for their friend. taehyung tugged on her sleeve, pointing her towards one of the various people waiting for their rides.

"jiwoo unnie!" she called, waving for her.

the older looked up, spotting them as her face lit up. she dragged her luggage over, giving both of them enormous hugs. tae packed her suitcase into the trunk and posed at their driver as they travelled to jiwoo's apartment to drop her off.

y/n turned in her seat, smiling at her, "so how was your trip?"

she sighed, brushing a section of her hair out from her face, "it was fine, the other branches are organised now," she paused and tilted her head, "but i want to ask, how are you? i heard something happened at the shop a few days ago."

"oh yeah," she cleared her throat, and taehyung rested his hand on her shoulder comfortingly, "there's was just a rude customer, nothing much. it's fine."

"nothing much?" he butted in, "princess, the dude poured coffee over you, you suffered burns from that, and he verbally harassed you. it isn't fine."

"they poured coffee on you? you suffered burns?" jiwoo shouted with an incredulous expression.

"minor burns," she corrected.

"you also fainted because of the stress you were under," he reminded, "y/n, stop saying it's fine. it obviously isn't."

she swallowed, taking his hand off her shoulder and playing around with it, "i know."

he exhaled and held her hand firmly, running his thumb over his knuckles. the feelings that he had bottled up during that time came pouring out from him through the next few words he said, "you scared me, you know?"

"i know," she nodded again, murmuring, "i'm sorry."

he pouted slightly, not responding as he focused on the road, turning the wheel expertly with one hand.

jiwoo studied their expressions and body language closely, raising an eyebrow but keeping quiet. being the observant girl she was, she didn't miss how these two were getting adorably close, and she knew it wasn't long before taehyung would ask the question.

she caught taehyung's eyes in the rear-view mirror and she wiggled her eyebrows suggestively, gesturing to y/n. he rolled his eyes, glancing back to the cars and road while tightening his grip on her hand.
