Why. Why today. Of all days, today just had to be the day, that I Violet Rose, runs into Alec Blackley..
Like seriously. And what is his problem anyways? Oh well.. I have more important things to worry about, than Alec Blackley. Like, the huge bruise that is now forming on my jaw, where Alec had punched me before he stormed off. Great.. My dad is gonna know that he didn't give me that bruise.. I'm gonna get a bad beating when I get home today... God.. I hope mom gets off work early.
I sit down at my desk, in the furthest corner of the classroom, and listen to music on my mp3 player.
Students begin to fill the classroom, as the late bell rings.
"Alright class. Today is a fun day. "
The room fills with shouts, and screams of joy, everyone starts talking to each other. But I just sit there and take out my notebook. I have a feeling there's a catch. There's always a catch with this woman.
"If everyone is here today, then we will have a fun day. But if there is even one late, or absent student. We will be taking a quiz-"
Before she can finish her sentence, the door slams open, and the one, and only Alec Blackley walks in like he owns the place. 🙄. I keep my head down, trying to go unnoticed. And with success, he passes right by me. I am invisible.
