Hannah's POV

I'm not sure I've ever felt so much emotion in my life. Today is the day. This is supposed to be the most magical day of my life. This day is supposed to be the day my entire life changes. I honestly just can't believe it is here.

I stare out a small window. Some people think I'm crazy, but I actually spent the night on the Enterprise. A few hours from now this ship will sit miles and miles above earth. In a few hours... I just can't comprehend it.

I throw a navy Starfleet sweatshirt over my old t-shirt. I haven't bothered to change out of my navy Starfleet t-shirt and sweatpants that I sleep in yet. I pace around the room for a few minutes. I laugh because I hear footsteps in the next room doing the same thing. Dad might actually be as nervous as I am. I walk over to a mirror and see that my hair is... horrendous.

Oh boy... This is gonna be fun to deal with...

"By the sound of footsteps over there," I hear through the wall. "I'm guessing you're upright."

"Yeah dad," I respond. "Upright, freaking out, pacing, panicking... shall I continue?"

The door to my room slides open. None other than Dr. Leonard McCoy walks in.

"You'll be just fine."

"Dude, I'm so nervous that I'm not entirely sure how I'm still breathing."
"And like I said not five seconds ago, you'll be fine. Now come on. I have a feeling we need to fix... that," he says motioning to my hair.

I laugh as we walk out of the room. We walk out of the ship. Uhura and several female crew of the Enterprise are waiting for me. I don't have many friends that are girls, so I rely on Uhura a lot. I thought she was gonna cry when I asked her to be my maid of honor.

"Bones," she says to dad. "We're gonna have to steal her from you for a little while."

"I'll see you in a few hours," he tells me.

Pavel's POV

"You gonna be ok?" I hear a voice ask me. I turn around to face Kirk leaning against the door frame.

"Why wouldn't I be?" I respond.

"Chekov, man, it's ok to be nervous."

"But it's supposed to be zhe happiest day of my life."

"That doesn't mean you're not gonna have the wedding day jitters. Come on, little man. We should probably get you ready."

We move out of the room and into a room where Sulu, Scotty, Spock and even Bones are waiting. They all smile at us. Bones walks up to me and embraces me.

"You look as nervous as your counterpart," he whispers to me.

"She's nervous?" I ask.

"110 percent."

"Jim," he turns to Kirk and starts. "You ready to do this?"

"As ready as I'll ever be," he replies. "I'm official now. Why did you ask me to do this?"

"I couldn't imagine anyone else doing it," I tell him.

"No pressure," Sulu teases.

"Just like you have no pressure, Mister Best Man?" Kirk teases back.

I asked Mr. Sulu to be my best man. We have been friends for a few years now and have worked side by side. He's become one of my best friends, to be honest.

I put on my tux and attempt to make myself look as nice as possible. The guys and I have looked at my hair and have no clue what to do with it. Curls stick out everywhere. It doesn't look bad, but I'm not sure if I should attempt to do... something with it. I was not designed to fix hair.

I see Bones pull out his communicator. He looks at it and begins to laugh. The guys look at him strangely.

"What is it?" I question.

"Hannah sent a message about our current problem," I state. "She said, 'If you're trying to tame the curls, it's NOT gonna happen. Just leave them alone. Tell him they're just fine the way they are.'"

I sigh with relief.

I love her. I love her. I love her.
