I'm forcing myself to listen to upbeat songs, to pump myself into excitement.

Because they said, "In your brain, there's no difference between anxiety and excitement".
"The only difference is how you're interpreting what's happening", they said.

That's what I'm trying to do.

So, I'm here avoiding every sad songs and movies, but still couldn't dance to what I'm listening or laugh to what I'm watching.
But I'm trying.
