Chapter eleven

Y/n's pov

"So here is Won Kunhang, Xiao Dejun and Liu Yangyang" Taeyong said and pointed one by one the boys in front of me.

"Oh, I'm y/n Lucé,"

I said partly not knowing what to do

"So you four are going to be training together before the actual joining. My boys have been training before this at the nct training center but I wanted you to train the last couple of months together. Starting today, so first"

Taeyong started turned behind him and opened the door and entered

"We learn to shoot"

I was a long room with a lot of different kinds of guns and... Hyungwon was there too, with a woman I don't know.

"Hi, I'm Hyungwon and I'm the weapon specialist of Monsta X"

"Hi I'm Siyeon from Dreamcatcher and I do the same as Hyungwon"

^so she is one of Minji's girls^

"So first I want to see what you can do"

Siyeon said and the boys went to pick their guns and earmuffs. Sihyeon gave me earmuffs too and said to pick a gun that would suit me and left to see how the boys do. I felt someone looking at me so I looked at the door and saw Hoseok. I rolled my eyes and turned to look at the guns. The others were already shooting and I had no idea what to do. But luckily Siyeon came back to help.

Hoseok's pov

She didn't even flinch. No reaction and there were tree guns shooting almost nonstop right behind her. I saw Siyeon coming to y/n, they changed couple words and then Siyeon took a normal handgun and took y/n to shoot. Sihyeon helped wit her terrible position and told her the basics, as for everyone who shoots for the first time. She looked so focused that she looked almost scary. After Siyeon was done I read "shoot" from her lips, so y/n did. They rolled the board to see how she did. I went a little closer so I could see too.

"Not bad for the first try"

Siyeon said showing it to me.
The hole was on the 6 point ring. I knew she had some eye for shooting with a bow, but it's still different from guns

"I think she should do better with a long-gun"

I said looking at Siyeon. Y/n tried a couple of different guns and every time it was between 6 and a close 9. Taeyongs boys had already gone but me, Hyungwon, Siyeon and y/n were still here.
"Try this"
Hyungwon, who had just been watching this whole time quietly at the back, was holding a sniper gun, one of our best. Y/n just nodded and followed as Hyungwon helped her with the position. I was scared, we didn't have a sniper, or we did. But Yuta had more misses than hits.
"Shoot"
Hyungwon said and with a light voice, y/n did. Siyeon rolled the board and looked it first.
Quiet, she was just quiet before holding it to us.
"It's right between 9 and 10"
Y/n said with a slight smile.
"Can I go again?"
She looked so hopeful, too bright to be ruined by the things she was going to do with that if Shownu were to find about this.
"I think it's enough"
I said
"Y/n go to your room, I need to talk with Hyungwon and Siyeon"
With a sigh, she left us.
"You can't say a word to Shownu"
"What do you mean? We are in the need of a sniper and you saw that if you haven't gone blind"
Sihyeon said
"No, she was supposed to stay in with I.m and me."
I snapped back
"Wonho, didn't you see? With the right training, we would get maybe a better sniper than any gang in Korea, and we need that"

Hyungwon said with a serious tone
"You all should also know that she is just a newbie, she has zero kills and no experience in anything like that. She doesn't know shit about how the mafia works. Yes, I know that was the first time she had to hold a modern gun or ever see one. Yes, I was shocked that she didn't mind the noise or anything about shooting! But she doesn't need to know about anything that really happens. So like I said, not a word to Shownu"
I spat, and whit that I left. It wasn't right. Y/n had no idea what the mafia does, she isn't that type to do anything related to anything like the mafia. Why did she come back? I slammed the door of my office and fell to the sofa in the corner of the room.
Clearly, y/n had some eye for shooting. Back in france, she was a better shooter with a bow than anyone there, she would also do a lot with knives, but I'm never telling that to anyone, I don't want to risk her life. Soon I heard a knock on the door
"Hoseok?"
It was Minji's muffled voice through the door
"What?"
I got up and went to the door, thinking should I open it or not.
"I talked to her, I talked to y/n about what she would do in here. Of course, I didn't know about her skills in shooting so I didn't try to make her come here. I just wanted her to know where is she choosing from. I told her the main things, just basics like that she would just help you and she might see some shit and she needs to listen to Show-"
I opened the door quickly
"I don't know should I be glad or angry"
