"Larry..."

The snoring continues, yet somehow seems to be even louder.

"Larry!" You shouted this time, yet still nothing. Just more snoring. You shook him, saying his name again, and he continued his snooze fest. You decided to grab the pillow next to the brunette's head and cover his face with it. A smirk grew on your face, knowing that he had to at least wake up if he was being suffocated by a pillow. You didn't have to wait long before the guy shot up, gasping for air. He was alarmed, clearly, looking around frantically to see who had just tried to murder him in his sleep.

"Y/N? Did you just try to suffocate me with my own fucking pillow?!" He continued to try and regain his breath, a hand on his heart as he glared at you.

You smiled innocently, "Oh, Larry. Would I do something like that?"

His eyes went wide in disbelief, "Uh, yes! Clear-fucking-ly!" His thick eyebrows furrowed together and he sighed, putting his forefinger and thumb to the bridge of his nose.

You let out a quiet chuckle and grabbed his Sanity Falls shirt, chucking it at his head. "Get some clothes on. You and I are gonna go hang out with Chug for a little while, meet up with Ash and Todd, then come back and try and get these paintings finished. You heard him playfully groan.

"Yes, mom. Anything you say, mom." He slid the shirt on, giving you a playful attitude.

You just laughed and shrugged it off, leaving the room to allow your friend some privacy to finish changing. Lisa had left some breakfast on the table for you and Larry, something she had done ever since you and Larry had gotten so close, years and years ago. She started doing it not only because of how close you and Larry were, but also because she knew of your home situation. Your mom would have to leave really early for work and be gone almost the entire day, never having the time to go grocery shopping or even spend some quality time with you. By the time she'd get home, straight to her room she'd go, and pass out. All to repeat the same pattern. You were used to not seeing much of your mother anymore, so it didn't bother you quite as much. In many ways, Lisa has become your adoptive mother, just without all of the legal paperwork. She had always been there for you when you needed motherly advice, or help with your womanly issues. Lisa kept food in your belly, supplied you with the items required for school, took you to doctor's appointments, talked you through your first period, gave you "the talk" as soon as you turned 13, and even took you to your high school orientation. She was always there for you when you needed her, and you knew that no matter what, she could be relied on. Lisa was sure the coolest, and best mom ever.

You sat down at the table and started to devour your meal, not waiting a single minute for Larry to join you. The warm, flaky crust of the toast covered in melted butter ran down your throat so smoothly, giving you was comforting feeling in your stomach. Next were the scrambled eggs, which were covered in layers of cheese, spinach, peppers and bacon bits. Lisa knew how you liked almost every single meal she has ever made, so she always made sure to add extra cheese and bacon, and always seasoned the peppers the way you liked them. And of course, adding some greens, which you actually didn't mind. "Mmm, this is so good!" You spoke your thoughts out loud, continuing to dig into your meal. Larry had finally come out of his room. He wore black pants with a chain on the hip, dark shoes, and his signature SF t-shirt, the one you had thrown at him earlier. His hair was still messy, but not nearly as much as it was from when he woke up.

"Dude, you ever hear about breathing? You should probably start doing some of that while you eat." Larry sat down next to you, pulling his plate closer to himself, poking fun at how fast you're eating.
