the following day harry gets up and takes the girls to school and oliver to daycare, and he goes to work as he walks in he see's anne and niall in his office
"can i help you" harry says
"sit" niall says as he taps the chair next to him
"ok, what is this all about, i feel like i am in trouble"
"no your not in trouble but niall and i wanted to talk to you about louis" anne says
"what about louis" harry says nervously
"well we know he is going to be here at 10 and is going to the therapist and we want you to go" niall says
"no, i dont want to go, its over and done with i am tired of being hurt and i have to be the one to give in and forgive him, i know he stood up for us but still he still believed stan instead of coming to me and asking me about it, he jump the gun and accused me of something i never even done, and that hurt me more than anything else, like i said he can have what ever relationship he wants with the kids, but this time i am done, its over" harry says as he starts to cry
"son, are you sure" anne says as she and niall hold harry
"yes, mom, i told him it was the last time and i meant it, i cant do this again and again, its better and the kids can spend what ever time he wants with them i wont keep them away from him"
"well then we thought you were going to meet him but if that is what you want then we will fully support you" niall says
"i know and i was but these last 2 days i realized that i was the one that always gave in when he messed up but this time i cant anymore i have been hurt so much because he apologizes i give in and then we come back to this point where i end up being blamed for shit that i didnt do when its him that makes the mistake" harry says crying " just tell him, i cant do this anymore and if he wants he can keep the house, i will move out with the kids"
"harry, think about all of this before you make your final decision" anne says
"i have, i have thought about all this for 2 days and right now this is what i want" harry says
"ok, i will talk to jay" anne says
"thank you" harry says
"so are you going to file for divorce then" niall asks
"yeah" harry says as he starts to cry
"dont cry son, i know you are hurt and you know that what ever decision you make we will support you " anne says
"just tell him not to hurt the kids" harry says" and if he does i will take them away, we never submitted the paperwork for the girls and Oliver is the only he has rights to"
"ok, i will talk to jay about all of this" anne says as harry's phone starts to ring "harry's office"
'ms anne, ms jay is here to see you" the receptionist says
"send her to harry's office, please" anne says
"will do" the receptionist says
