Chapter 28

- what the fuck do you think you're doing? - said Yoongi and turned to face Jungkook.

- it doesn't concern you, Yoongi. - I snapped, slightly annoyed from his reaction.

- I will decide what concerns me and what doesn't, Brianna. - he snapped.

I understood where his annoyance came from but what the fuck? He didn't have to act like he gets to decide everything!

- Me and Brianna have to talk, Yoongi. - said Jungkook calmly. Yoongi looked at me to see my reaction at his words and I simply nodded. He sighed.

I started walking towards the door and Jungkook followed me. I didn't look back to see if Yoongi had anything else to say, because part of me wanted to stay there with him and take his side instead of Jungkook's.

- so, you know everything. - said Jungkook as we sat down on the bench near the campus.

- yeah, what about it? - I asked coldly. I know I didn't have right to be any bit mad or disappointed at him. However, I couldn't help but imagine how Yoongi must have felt and I hate it.

- it's not the whole story. - he said and I raised my eyebrows. - Seokjin and that someone only heard some parts of it and jumped into incorrect conclusions.

- okay?

- im telling you this because I-I don't want you to have certain kind of idea about me being a jerk, which I partly am.

- you are saying?

- I'm saying, I care about you and you are the second person who will know the truth except for me and Kayden. - he said and I gasped.

- what do you mean? Who's the first one? - I asked one of the million questions I had in my mind.

- Jimin but that doesn't matter. Promise me that Yoongi won't know anything about this. - he said and lowered his head at my height to look in my eyes.

- I don't know, Jungkook... I'll decide later. - I said and nodded to let him start. - how do you even know that me and Seokjin talked about it?

- when he noticed me and you getting closer, he warned me to tell you about it but I never had ass to tell you. - he sighed, - Seokjin is a really loyal and truthful friend, he told me he would tell you everything if I didn't. When I saw you guys yesterday, he warned me with his eyes that he was gonna do it tonight. I just knew. - he said and I looked away, not knowing what to say.

- anyway... -  he sighed and started. - that night all the fight wasn't about me and Kayden. I woke up really late and was going to Yoongi's room to have a smoke together. In the hallways it's always dark at night, if you haven't noticed. Therefore, I didn't really see Kayden and some other guy standing there and bumped into them kissing. I was shocked, Bri, I-I didn't know what to do. When Kayden saw me she shrieked and I saw Jason in front of her.

- Jason from Singapore? - I gasped, not believing my ears.

- yeah... apparently they had an affair. He immediately left me and Kayden alone. I was so mad, how could she do it! I quickly told her to tell Yoongi the truth. She said she would never and made me hide the truth too. She blackmailed me about something she knows about me and I couldn't fight back, she said she was gonna hide it for my sake. - he sighed.

I fought back my curiosity to ask what it was about but realized it's already tough enough for him to remember that night.

- she never liked Yoongi. Kayden used him at first for his money and connections to get into college and then had affair with almost every guy, without us knowing. I told her if she wasn't going to tell the truth, she had to break up with him. - he let out and looked at me embarrassed. - that's the story. That's what they heard incorrectly.
