Garroth's P.O.V"Can I sit here...?" I heard a brunette say quietly, looking down at his tray, his eyebrows narrowed. I stared at the table for a few seconds, before directing my attention back to the smaller male. "...Feel free too." I muttered, watching him as he took a seat across from me. "...You have really curly hair. What's wrong with it?" The brunette asked, using his hand to dab the curls on the end of my hair slightly. "Screw off." I said coldly, looking back down at the table and batting the curl that he had messed with behind my ear. I heard the strange boy go silent for a while, and I felt his eyes study me carefully. "If your gonna be such a prick, at least tell me your name." The light blue-eyed male said sassily, catching me off guard. I looked up the short male slightly, catching his looks one last time before I looked back down at the table. "...Garroth. Garroth Ro'maeve." I repeated quietly, trying to make sure no one else heard.
"Okay...that's a 'unique' name. My names Laurence. Laurence Zhval." Laurence had said, repeating his name how I had said it, making me smirk a bit. "...Okay." I simply commented, before forcing the smirk down, continuing to stare at the table.

It was after school, so I offered to let Laurence walk home with me and my brothers to 'hang out' at my house. "So...your Garroth's friend?" I heard Zane say, a bit surprised. "Do you have a problem with it, one-eye?" Laurence looked over to my brother and retorted back, making Vylad snicker and almost raise a chuckle out of me. "...Garroth you need to pick out better friends. Not like I ever thought you would get a friend anyways..." Zane grumbled, crossing his arms. "...Okay, baby brother..." I murmured, looking down at the ground. "Yeah Garroth, you need a better brother..." Laurence mimicked my younger brother, making another smirk appear on my face. "...Okay." I repeated myself, trying to keep a monotone voice. I slowly looked over to Laurence and saw his throat slit, with blood spilling out. I blinked a couple of times and saw that it was just an illusion, making me sigh and look away. "Soon Garroth....soon..." I whispered to myself, low enough so nobody would hear.
I clenched my fists and started to walk a bit faster, Laurence easily being able to catch up with me, while my younger siblings struggled to keep up.

"Here we are..." I muttered to Laurence, presenting my house to him. "Nice." Laurence commented, following behind me into the house. I knocked on the door and held my hands together, waiting patiently. The door opened and revealed my mother, with a smile on her face. "Gar-Gar! Zu-Zu! My little pea! How was school?" My mother said enthusiastically, hugging Zane and Vylad. She smiled at me and engulfed me in a hug for the longest, I slowly brought up my arms and patted my mom on the back, before pulling away. "It was fun!" "It was boring!" Zane and Vylad said in sync, causing them to stare at each other in annoyance. "And Gar-Gar...?" Zianna questioned, looking over to me with anticipation. "...it was...fine." I muttered, making Zianna squeal in joy. "Usually it's just an 'Okay'! Well, I'm glad you had a good day!" Zianna motioned me to come inside until she finally noticed Laurence.
"Who are you? Are you Vylad's friend?" Zianna asked, looking over to Laurence than Vylad. "For a matter of fact, I'm actually Garroth's friend." Laurence stated proudly, making me shiver. "O-oh! Come in, come in!" My mother stuttered, with a surprised but friendly look. I stepped inside the house and took off my book bag, placing it by the door. "You can place yours next to mine if you want." I calmly looked up at Laurence, motioning to my book bag. The brunette nodded, slipping off his book bag and placing it next to mine. "Me and Laurence are gonna go upstairs, mum." I looked over to my mother, she nodded, looking back at me. "Okay dear! Just make sure there's no funny business." Zianna smirked, making me stare at her blankly. "Mom. I'm not gay." I said coldly, before grabbing Laurence's hand and pulling him upstairs. "Whatever you say Gar-Gar..~" Zianna teased, making me groan.
Once we reached my room, I opened the door and walked inside, Laurence right behind me. "Cool room." Laurence said, looking around the whole room in amazement. "Thanks..." I muttered, walking over to my nightstand and running my hand over the smooth wood, before I opened the first drawer, staring at the pocket knife I had always kept in my room. I looked back and saw Laurence wondering around the room and staring at a snow globe my grandmother had gotten me for my 18th birthday. I looked back quickly and picked up the pocket knife, using my thumb to flick it open, but I was soon interrupted but shattering glass and a small scream, making me jump and close the pocket knife back up, shoving the knife back in the drawer and slamming it shut. I looked behind me and saw that Laurence had dropped my snow globe a cut himself with the glass.
I heard the short male let out a quiet whimper, staring at his finger with pain in his eyes. I walked over and looked at him with confusion until I saw blood trickle down his small finger. He let out another whimper and plopped his thumb in his mouth, trying to suck the blood off. "Get your finger out of your mouth...." I muttered, walking towards my mirror and grabbing the bandaids and opening the box, picking one out. I closed the box again and made my way back to Laurence, I opened the bandaid and wrapped it gently around his finger. "Thank you...but it still hurts!" I heard the brunette complain, his eyes starting to tear up. I stared at him for a while and thought of something that normal people do in this situation. Suddenly, I wrapped my arms around Laurence, and after a few seconds, Laurence slowly hugged back.
(Ouch...my hands hurt. RIP.)
