This is a soul mate AU.
This also uses my TAC AU (explanation at the bottom)
Soul mate AU where everyone is born with a black heart on their wrist. When they lock eyes with their soul mate for the first time (in person) their heart turns red from then on, and when they are around their soul mate, their mark pulses (like a heartbeat only they can feel).
Kwite meets Brandon for the first time irl and his mark sets off, but Brandon's doesn't.
Kwite's soul mark starts doing some weird funky shit and Henry's mark sets off.
TAC AU:
TAC (The Animal Crew AU) is a AU I created where people are born with animal attributes, classifying them as hybrids.
There are 8 types of hybrids: Lizards, canines (wolves and dogs), ducks, cats, birbs, foxes, squirrels, and bunnies.
Brandon is a lizard, his scales are a light brownish green and his horns are pale beige colored, his tail is big and thick. His scales go from his fingers to his elbows on his arms and from his toes to his knees on his legs. He also has a slightly longer than normal tongue.
Henry is a cat, his fur is a light brown similar to his hair. All his beanies are tailored so his ears poke through them. His fingernails are slightly longer and sharper.
Kwite is a bird. His feathers are the color of his hoodie and he has feather fins like Alex.
Diesel is a wolf, his fur is a dark grey with light red tips. He has longer and sharper canines and nails. Slightly hairier.
Alex (quackity) is a duck, he has small yellow wings and a tail as well as feather fins. He quacks when he giggles and loves water (baths, pools, etc).
Aksel is a squirrel, he has light grey fur. His hat is also tailored for his ears. He has a love for peanut butter and other nuts.
Anï is a shiba inu, she has light tan fur. She often gets excited and her tail wags like crazy. She makes small yip noises occasionally when laughing, sleeping, or talking.
Hoover is a lizard, he has dark grayish yellow scales and pale red horns, his tail is thinner than most, it comes to a small point on the end he can flick around. His scales go from his fingers to his elbows on his arms, and from his toes to his knees on his legs.
And I know that everyone is going "wtf are feather fins" so here

That is a "feather fin". They are not ears, they simply cover the ears. They are used to convey emotions in my AU.
