Waking up in the morning watching the news, waiting for patient well today is the day well you have to save a person with tumour? Josh wore his doctor out fit and went to the hospital, Josh said"good morning doctor Ron what's going on?" Ron said"we need to fix this person with tumour" Josh said"tumour is hard to get out but if it it's like that we will do it!" When Josh went to meet tommy an 6 year old with tumour he said" hi tommy are you feeling okay?" Tommy said"I don't know hearing that I have cancer was a challenge." Josh said"I know Tommy it is a sickness you could die with but you got the best doctor in town." Tommy said"really?" Josh said"yes! But you need to trust me if you did die don't blame it on me ok?" Tommy giggled and said"okay!"
When it was time for surgery Josh got nervous but he had to do it. Ron said"Josh maybe you shouldn't do this your to nervous." Josh said" it's okay I need to save him." Ron said"you need to?"Josh said"just don't worry." During the surgery Josh said"let's cut down the brain then leave it half way then find the tumour and get a hole in. Ron said"we might make the blood come out of the brain so I'm saying it might work." Josh said" ok let's try!" Josh cut down half way but then a big beep started beeping, Josh said"give me the cizzorz now!" Josh got the cizzorz and cut the toumour but more beeps were coming then Josh might have took it to far,Josh quickly cut the vines and no energy was in the brain, at this point the boy is dieing! Josh suddenly cut more vines and slowly the kid was dieing. Then Josh shouted"GET MORE PEOPLE!" When more people rushed Josh cut around the brain then the tumour came out but the brain was bleeding, Josh then stitched the brain to get and put a cream next to the vines and then no more beeps. Josh saved the day! Until the Josh came to tommy room and told him the news, tommy was so happy. But then a other tumour accident was there. Luke could not save this, it was is to hard.
When Josh left it to Ron then he walked home. When Josh made it his dad shouted"Josh! If you saved that girl that has toumour you can get 50,000 dollars!
Josh said" okay but it is super hard dad" the next day Josh went to the hospital with sweats coming down from his head.
