1 Year passed Ruby was in a coma for a whole year Gabriel missed her deeply he thought she would be dead by now but she was starting to start breathing but slowly , every day, hour , minute and second was a nightmare for Gabriel because he had to check on Ruby's progress but luckily she was starting to get better however there was a 50% chance that Ruby could still die .
"She will come Round" said nurse Mari
"You don't know that sister " said Gabriel
"Oh I do Ruby is a fighter, why do you think she is not dead yet "? asked Nurse Mari
Gabriel paused for a minute and he thought about what Mari just said, he realised that she was right .
"Your right sister " said Gabriel
"She has been fighting for her life for the past Year and she has not given up " he said as he looked straight into Ruby's eyes
"I will give you a minute with her" said Mari
"Thank you sister " said Gabriel
Gabriel slowly walked towards Ruby he slowly closed his eyes and kissed Ruby on the lips but then Ruby woke up Gabriel was so happy
"Hi Ruby " he said softly
"Hi " she said slowly
"I have missed you" he told her
Ruby just looked at him for a few seconds
"Ruby are you ok" ? he asked her
"Yes I am thank you" she replied
"Do you remember anything ?" He asked her
"I am Sorry "she said confused
"about the road accident a lorry came and you fell off your bike " he told her
Nobody knew that Ruby had lost her memory
