Once the doctors got Ruby into theatre Mari had to call the hospital in Kochi explaining that Ruby had been involved in an road collision accident .Meanwhile Ruby had lost a lot of blood which made the doctors jobs much harder Gabriel could not operate on Ruby he got to upset , he thought if she died then she would never know how much she meant to Gabriel. Gabriel would never forgive anybody not even himself if Ruby died he would not be able too live with himself .
