Chapter 03

The bus then stopped at another bus stop.

Minho sighed. "Three bus stops and I'm there. One more bus stop." He said to himself. He then looked at the bus's door. There came in more passengers but one caught Minho's attention, a group of people came in. 

"Six people." The tallest guy said as he scanned his card and just went in after. He was accompanied with two other guys and two girls.

"Oppa, we are going to be together right?" The girl, clinging onto the tall guy, said pouting. "Yes, my baby girl, we would be together until the end of the trip." The tall guy cooed pinching the cheeks of the girl.

Minho cringed at the sight. The other guy also is with his girlfriend while there stood a lonely guy behind the two couples.

"Oh? If it's little Seo Bong-ah and his childish bestfriend." The tall guy said as soon as he saw the two.

"Quit it, Kang Soon Don." Seo Bong tried to be as defensive as possible. But somehow failed.

"Yah," Soon Don trailed he threw the chips Seo Bong was holding causing a big mess. "Don't tell me when to quit." He said giving the guy a deadass look.

"S-stop it!" Seo Bong's friend shouted as he held Seo Bong.

"Hey, you students, will you stop pestering the two? Sit down immediately!" The driver interrupted as he honked the bus looking through the rearview mirror. But one of Soon Don's friends blocked the driver's view from looking as Soon Don continued.

"Yah, listen you punks, you don't deserve to join us to our school's fieldtrip. You and your little childish friend. And look at what you're wearing. Trash," he scoffed as his friends started laughing.

Minho immediately stood up. The group looked at him as he walked towards them.

"Hey, aren't you a little harsh on your classmates?" Minho sarcastically said. Atleast that's what Minho expected. "How'd you know we are classmates?" Soon Don rudely asked.

"So I was right." Minho said to himself. "You really don't have any respect among your fellow classmates as well as elders. Do you? I mean, yeah I get it, bullying and stuff, might be fun right?" Minho's face suddenly changed into a serious one. "You better stop right now, or else," Minho then gritted his teeth and clenced his fists.

Minho had been a victim of bullying in almost his whole life. And he hates it seeing people going through the same struggles and hatred he had experienced. And only until now, now that he is a college student, that the bullying stopped. Now, that he became a strong person that could fight off anything.

And he wanted to help these bullied people. And become like him. A person who could stand against hatred.

"Or else what?" Soon Don rudely interrupted Minho's train of thoughts as he walked infront of him totally not an inch afraid of Minho.

"Or else what?!" Soon Don shouted startling almost all passengers onboard. All passengers.

Minho slightly smiled. "Or this would happen." As soon as he said those words, the bus stopped and the driver immediately shouted.

"You and your friends, get off now! Now I said! How dare you ruin the mornings of the other passengers!" The driver said opening the doors of the bus.

Soon Don's friends got off hurriedly leaving Soon Don and his girl. Soon Don then faced the two. "The both of you, I am not yet done." He said as he dragged his girlfriend out of the bus.

Minho heard Soon Don's girlfriend whispered-shouted. "Oppa! It hurts."

As soon as the group left, the bus was once again filled with whispers and murmurs. This time, it was louder.

"What was that?"

"Are you sure they are students?"

"Those are definitely bullies."

"Good thing, I am not their mother. That way I wouldn't deal with them my whole life."

"Yeah, good thing that guy came just in time to save the poor little boys."

Minho stood still as he listened to all the murmurs. He then heard a soft scream.

"What am I going to do? He'll definitely beat me up when we meet later!" He shouted softly as Seo Bong rubbed his back. Minho then faced the two and sat on his knees to meet the little boy on an eye level.

"Hey, hey, listen to me. When he comes to you again, be sure to be strong enough. You are stronger than metal on fire. Remember that, M'kay?" Minho said softly and a smile formed onto the little guy's lips.

"Ahjusshi, what's your name?" Minho then smiled softly. "Lee Minho."

"Yours?"

"Han Jisungie.~"
