Tony downed his third shot. Yes, it was only his third shot. That didn't mean that he hadn't already had six martinis, four bloody maries, and a beer.

"Tony, if you consume one more drop of alcohol, I am tying you to your bed.", said Natasha.

"I have no problem with that.", Tony drank another shot and Natasha knocked him out. "I never said you would be awake for it," she dragged him into the elavator and pressed the button for his floor.

"Bruce, Steve, is she gone?"

"Yep.", said Steve. Steve wasn't exactly okay with what Clint was about to, but he knew that Clint needed to forget. Clint pulled out a bottle of whiskey from his jacket and drank. Clint slid the back of his hand against his mouth, and he sat down in one of the bar stools. "I'm going to have a massive hangover in the morning, aren't I?"

"Yeah," said Bruce, "You might want to stop before you get started."

Steve watched as Clint took another swig, "You both would be doing the same thing if you could."

"I know, Clint," Bruce sighed, the next morning was not going to be fun. Clint was really bitchy when he had a hangover. "but Natasha's going to be pissed when she finds out."

Clint polished off the bottle, "Emphasis on if, man."

Steve and Bruce shared a look. Clint was already getting drunk. Just then Thor sashayed into the room (floor would be more accurate). [Author's Note: Thor always has shit timing.] Nice Timing, Thor, thought Bruce.

"You,", Clint snarled, "you brought Loki to Coulson's funeral."

"I do not understand what the problem is. The Son of Coul will be given entrance to Valhalla.", said Thor.

Clint scowled and found another bottle of whiskey. "He didn't even believe in Valhalla, and no one brings the guy who murdered the dead person to said dead person's funeral!"

Thor got up in Clint's face, "Are you calling my brother a murderer?"

""Yes, I am.", Clint spat.

"Cut it out, you two." said Steve, "Coulson wouldn't want us to fight."

Thor and Clint glared at each other one last time. They sat down in the barstools on opposite sides of Steve and Bruce, and Thor got out the mead.

"Thor are you going to get drunk?", Steve asked.

"Yes, Captain," Thor said, "I need to forget that I brought Loki to the Son of Coul's burial."

"We all need to forget."

The elevator dinged and Natasha walked out. Oh Shit. "Are they getting wasted?", she asked.

"Yes."

"I'm joining them.", Natasha paused, "No one tell Tony about this."

There was a murmured assent from her team mates. Thor poured himself another jug of mead (courtesy of Tony), and he held his face in his hands. "I can't believe I did that."

"Neither can I," said Steve, "but you thought it would teach him a lesson."

"What lesson?", Clint said and looked at his drink like he want to pulverise it.

Steve sighed, "Thor wanted Loki to know what pain his actions caused, it's not his fault Loki looked proud."

Clint shuddered at the memory of Loki's sick pride. Loki was a phycopath, no doubt about it. "Thor, can I talk to Steve, Bruce, and Natasha alone?"

Thor looked hurt, "Yes, Clint, I will leave temporarily."

Clint felt bad for a moment, then he remembered why he wanted to talk to them, "We need to avenge Coulson."

Confusion flickered across Bruce's face, "Didn't we already do that?"

"No not quite.", replied Clint, "We didn't fully avenge him, besides, isn't Loki just going to keep coming back?"

"Are you saying that me should kill Loki?", Steve asked.

Clint took a deep breath, "Yes."

"How are we supposed to do that?", Natasha said, "We'd have to break into asgardian prison, heck, we'd have to get to Asgard first, and then would need a weapon that could get past asgardian jailers. Even if we do get all that taken care of, Loki is still perfectly capable of defending himself."

"We could use Tony's suit.", said Clint.

"Are we seriously considering this?", Bruce was worried that what they were planning went beyond retribution, "What ever they did to Loki in the first place had to be really fucked up. He's probably in living hell right now."

"Dead hell is better.", Clint said.

Steve nodded slowly, "Agreed."

Natasha usually wasn't one to worry about other people's feelings but this was Thor, one of her team mates, "If Thor finds out we did this, it will break him."

"He won't find out.", Clint said confidently, "We won't let him."

Natasha set down her vodka, "Let's do this shit."
