Duana stood upon the balcony, looking out upon the blanket of warm colors spread across the land she protected. Her eyes gleamed, her face stern with the glare of a guardian. She looked upon the rising sun, knowing her sister would soon be awaiting her within the center of their castle. As the rays of sun shown upon her features, she slowly turned around, her armour clanking lightly as she began to walk toward the glass door separating the room before her from the balcony she stood on. Her form walked down the halls as she walked into a conference room, soon to be greeted by her sister. Aloura.

" Where is your spear? You would usually carry it around, especially when planning an attack upon our enemies."

Aloura looked up as she summoned it, the Crest of the Sun engraved into it. She placed it next to her as she sighed contentedly.

" My spear is not needed.. I've sent guards to keep the people safe, and I trust you know how capable they are of holding their own."

Duana nodded, summoning a sword, a Crest of the Moon engraved into it as well as a few words only spoken by a certain native tongue.

" I fully trust them. After all, they were trained by us.. Even so, when are we heading out? Our enemies could be closer than expected."

Aloura shook her head as she walked over to a map mounted on the wall.

" He wouldn't just get up and leave Duana. You and I both know he is a formidable foe, and will wait for us, rather than waste his forces on a raid only to fail."

Duana sighed as she slightly lowered her head.

" Of course.. Atticus has always been that way, and will be until the day he dies.."

Aloura placed her focus back onto the map as she took a small pin and placed it against the wall. She exhaled lightly as she turned around to face Duana.

" The day has just begun.. Would it be smart to at least attempt an attack?"

Duana had lightly shrugged as she responded with slight concern.

" You wish to attack this early? You know what he could do if we bring support, and even if we were, they would fall before the battle truly begun. If we go alone, and this early, disaster is bound to happen."

Aloura took a minute to take the information into consideration before making a decision.

" His reign is expanding across innocent villages that have done nothing. He's taken our people and corrupted them with evil and darkness.. I won't sit back and watch another day."

Duana lowered her head again as she glanced at the floor.

" If you go, I'll go with you. It's better than leaving my counterpart for dead."

Aloura lightly smiled as she walked over, placing an arm around Duana's shoulders as she pulled her close.

" We're the guardians of the Sun and Moon.. With out abilities combined, what could possibly go wrong, sister?"

" A lot of things.."

Duana thought, but had began to think positively as she placed her sword into its sheath.

" You're right. Let us end the reign of the Darkened King."
