Abel looked at the scientist, giving him an untrusting stare, "You are sure this is going to work?"
"Absolutely sir, I myself have tested it, and came back. I must say the other side is quit the sight."
"I need you to sync this with the time era of one who's already gone back, can you do that?" Abel asked strapping the retriever to his chest.
The time portal opened the almost white blue surging like an orb from the machines tunnel, "Yes I've located some previous time travelers. Which era would you like sir? We have one from four months ago, labeled 'Queen' and one after that labeled 'rat'."
"Take me to the same era as 'Queen' and send a platoon in after me." Abel commanded, loading a bullet into his rifles barrel.
"Yes sir. See you once more."
"Roger." Abel replied walking through the blue energy.
The light seemed to blind him and render his sense useless all at once, but suddenly they came back as the air the man now breathed came to his lounges. The air was much fresher than anything he had previously breathed, the green lushes grass raising to his ankle. He held Kane's gear in his hand, his trench coat, and his boots. Along with his belt, that was always slung over his shoulder. The circular buckle like an emblem for the assassin, seemed to never leave his shoulder's unless in dire circumstances. He figured the least he could do was give Kane a proper barely, Father Abram was right, they were still brothers.
Abel looked down his sights, finding a Sabretooth tiger in the distance, hunting its prey. He followed the creature's head, watching as it approached a huge burn mark across the field. The fire had scorched a very specific part the earth, like a curved line. The birds in the sky seemed to fly a distance of along with pterodactyl. Abel pulled his gun away, walking towards the brunt ground. It took only minutes for him to walk by the feeding saber cat as he knelt down looking at the brunt marks. The grass had instantly melted leaving a glass like substance covering the earth. Scattered round about was melted steel, weapons and armor. Abel looked beside him, at the roaring saber cat.
Abel didn't give any sign just turned his head away as he blasted its head with his gun. The echo of the blast ringing throughout the land as the animals around acted in confusion and fear. With a reply Abel heard something he hadn't in a while, a T-Rex roar. The Polynesian colored man gave a half smirk; it was about time for some fun. He grabbed one of the steel spears, the shaft and point still intact, of the ground. His assault rifle in hand, ready to fire. Abel was already having fun in this world it was only a matter of time now, before he found Kane.
