Hawkins Hideaways

Chapter One: New-comer

Alaska was new at Hawkins Middle, It looked promising, but a little run down.

he stared at the culture of it, the vines running up the sides, the dirty windows, the woods around it, the wind blowing softly just enough to make your hair shift, leaves rustling in the background, and the lonely feeling.

 he took it all in. (Gotta add some ImAgEry ;D) He started taking steps to the doors, listening to the rhythm of his steps, syncing them up to his heartbeat. 

he kept a straight face. But there was one thing on his mind. The Upside Down. He could imagine what it looked like there. Dark, Run down, Flashing lights, Bloody, Silent, Slimy, and Hatred. He didn't want to see it again.

He entered the building. The smell of fresh air made him feel better. But then the lights flickered. he knew something was off but continued anyways.

 But then the noise of the gym clattered in. he went and started walking to a corner of the gym to sit until Miles Myers ran into him and knocked him down.

 A loud echo of a screeching of Miles shoes and the banging of Alaska's body hitting the ground Scattered the air and everyone looked over. Gasping and Mumbling. "Holy shit- are you okay?" Miles said worryingly, quickly grabbing Alaska and helping him up.

 "I'm so sorry- oh my god-" He said panicking and flustered. Quickly picking up his stuff. Treating him like a child. And soon everyone was screaming "DADDY'S BOYYY!" Throughout the gym.

Miles grabbed Alaska and took him outside so he wouldn't be bothered by it. "I-i'm okay. Thank you.

 You didn't have to do tha-" Alaska said chuckling, he was cut off staring at something behind Miles. "What is it..?" Miles turned around but saw nothing. He looked back at Alaska and back behind him.

 Then back at Alaska. He was taking in that Alaska was sensing something he wasn't. But for sure Was There. He lightly tapped Alaska, "Hey- Hey are you okay?"

 Alaska shook his head and lightly laughed to make it normal again. "Yeah- Yeah i'm fine, Thanks- just thought I heard something.

 You know, New-comers. Always gotta take in everything." Alaska said chuckling. 

"uh....huh..." Miles said slowly. not in full belief. "We should probably get to class." Miles said Timidly. Trying to change the subject.

"Yeah- Sure." Alaska said calmly. Not showing the sense of invasion.

Just as class ended the halls were... Empty? He walked down the slowly. Listening to the own taps of his shoes.

 Syncing them with his heartbeat again. Habit? Maybe. Just as he was going to his locker 6 boys ran up to him. "Hey! You need to come with us, now.

 No time to explain- just do it. you'll have to trust us. But its serious. Even if we are Strangers." Mike said quickly and firmly.

 grabbing Alaska's arm and dragging him out. But Miles saw every bit of it. he followed them and hid in a bush as the conversated.

 "Your not normal, And we all know it. Including you. We've found out about the Upside Down. And we just needed to find out who it was connected to.

 And when you walked in we all saw you, and the lights flickered. You brought the Upside Down that was inside of you, With you to Hawkins."

 Mike said Calmly but focused. he laid out a map on the ground. analyzing it with the other 5. Showing the others including Alaska the passageways. 

And the tunnels. "I don't mean to be to straight forward, But can you see into these Tunnels?" Mike said a questioningly. "Yeah! Or the Demo-Dogs??" Dustin said smiling and chuckling.

everyone looked at him confused. "Demo-Dogs? Come on man-" Lucas said annoyed. "What? Demogorgons and Mini Demogorgons basically equal Demo-Dogs." 

Dustin said Proving his point. Alaska laughed at the thought of it. "It is pretty accurate." Alaska said laughing. "See?! I told you! The boy agrees.

 Call me a scientist if you must. ;D" Dustin said with a smile and everyone laughed. Including mike. Mike and Will were staring at each other as if they were Lovestruck.

 Until Dustin cleared his throat and they stopped and got back to the point. And it started to thunder. But it wasn't ordinary thunder. Loud, Echoing, Scary, Traumatizing- thunder.

They all had an idea of what it was. But didn't even dare to look behind them. Until they heard someone scream. And it was Miles. Miles Myers.

(HEY GUYS AND GIRLS! THANK YOU SO MUCH- I HAD ALOT OF FUN WRITING THIS AND HAVING LIKE- MY OWN EXPERIENCE IN THE STRANGER THINGS WORLD? I WANTED TO KINDA RUSH IT IN A LITTLE WITH THE MAIN 4 SO IT COULD GET WAY BETTER DURING ANY FURTHER CHAPTERS, THANKZ AND I LOVE YA'LL ;D)
