Once upon a time
there was a land
with beautiful sights
and a whiff of petrichor
it would nurtue the feebles
refuted the upheavels
had sympthy for souls
famous in folklore
then thunderhead formed in the sky
rained the poison
for innocents to die
suffocated the air
crammed the hearts
with toxic and fear
it was atrocious to bear
rivers were flowing with blood
dead bodies were scattered
the rain cannot
wash away the melancholy
there was a time
when it was jolly
the land is now desolate and grey
mourning the tragedy
