This is in a kinda modern medieval time. There are pretty modern clothes, but nothing that's really out there. They also have their own curses, slang, words, etc... so if you find a made-up word, it's not a typo, it's just their way of speaking. If you have any questions please feel free to comment.
I'll try and interact with you guys a little in this as well. Maybe sometimes I'll add in a character you guys made, or maybe if I run out of ideas I'll ask you and use one of your ideas.
