SCProcedures: No one must enter his containment until they have put on a necklace or other type of jewelry with a form of aquamarine or blood stone. These seem to calm the scp for his weekly check ups.

Description: scp-2316 is a malnourished humanoid alien who claims to be from the planet Mars. After his planet was attacked he fled to Earth in a panic, this was around 300 years ago. He crashed and found a cave where he hide until he was found by hikers who reported the cave to NASA. Soon after the containment center found out and immediately took him in.

This supposed prince of Mars has redish white pale skin most likely pale from his malnourished state of body. He has dark red locks of curly hair, when he was found his hair had fallen out but soon grew back.

The prince calls himself Romano for an unknown reason and claims it was his name from his planet. We are unsure if what he says is true, but other than that what he says seems to be true.

During one of his weekly checks when he was first found he attacked a scientist by the name of Thomas. Scp-2316 claimed it was because the scientist hadnt offered him a jewel of sorts. He attacked the second scientist assigned to him as well claiming it was the wring jewel and it was hideous. We came to the conclusion that to enter his containment you must have either an aquamarine or a blood stone on you in the form of any type of jewely such as a necklace, ring, or earring. Just holding the jewels do not work as scp-2316 claims its rude to his kind. Scientist are still trying to figure out his native tongue and why He speaks it out of frustration with people who do not have the jewels. The scientist currently assigned to him is Logan #######. Logan was the one to discover the Scps liking to the jewely after he wore a family necklace and the scp didn't attack him. Further explanations for his liking to jewelry is unknown but will be looked into later.
