Struggling to survive

Chapter 1 Flashback

All I remember is being carried down stairs to go play with my toys, and all I heard was them fighting.

"Why are we doing this!" my mom said

"I don't even know, why are we still even together if were always fighting!" My dad said

"Because of Madison!"

I felt them looking at me, so I looked up at them. My mom looked away quickly when I looked at her.

"Look I'm sorry but we can't keep fighting I'm done." Dad said

"Okay, okay fine. We're done."

A couple weeks later me and my mom moved into a new, empty, house.

"How do you like your new house madison?" My mom said

I just stared at her, with my big blue eyes.

"Well this is were were going to live here for a while. Enjoy your stay."
